Technical Olympic S.A. engages in tourism, homebuilding, construction of public and private projects, wind power, marinas, and real estate development businesses in Greece and internationally. The company operates Porto Carras Grand resort in Halkidiki; and constructs, develops, and operates a network of tourist marinas. It also constructs homes, office buildings, hospitals, entertainment and shopping centers, public buildings, etc.; motorways, tunnels, bridges, and other road projects; railroad projects; airports; dams; electromechanical projects; irrigation projects; marinas, harbors, and drainage projects; sports facilities, including football and tennis fields, swimming pools, etc.; telecommunications projects; and water saving and other environmental projects. In addition, the company produces and sells agricultural products; produces and distributes wines; and produces and sells ready-mix concrete. Technical Olympic S.A. was founded in 1965 and is headquartered in Athens, Greece.
