NCAB Group AB (publ) Appoints Tim Benjamin as CFO NCAB Group AB (publ) has appointed Tim Benjamin as its new CFO. Tim has a long and broad experience of managerial business finance roles, including M&A and IT. He succeeds Anders Forsén who announced in early February that he plans to retire in 2024. Tim will assume his new role no later than October 2024. NCAB Group AB (publ) (OM:NCAB) signed an agreement to acquire META Leiterplatten GmbH & Co. KG. NCAB Group AB (publ) (OM:NCAB) signed an agreement to acquire META Leiterplatten GmbH & Co. KG on December 28, 2021. As a part of acquisition, META will be integrated with NCAB Europe. The transaction is estimated to be closed in the beginning of January 2022. The acquisition of META will be accretive to earnings per share in NCAB Group in 2022.
