Global Invacom Group Limited Announces Board and Board Committee Changes, Effect from 1 May 2024 The Board of Directors of Global Invacom Group Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Alex Tan Tiong Huat ("Mr. Alex Tan") and Mr. David Martin Gilmore ("Mr. Gilmore") as Independent Non-Executive Directors of the Company with effect from 1 May 2024. Global Invacom Group Announces Proposed Cancellation to Trading on AIM Global Invacom Group Limited notified that it will be posting a circular to shareholders ("Circular") in connection with a proposal for the cancellation of admission of the Company ordinary shares ("Shares") to trading on AIM ("AIM Delisting"), pursuant to Rule 41 of the AIM Rules for Companies ("AIM Rules").
