iomart Group plc Announces Board Changes iomart Group plc announced the appointments of Dr. Annette Nabavi and Adrian Chamberlain as Independent Non-Executive Directors of the Company. Annette's appointment will start on 25 May 2023 and she will be appointed Chair of the Remuneration Committee from 1 June 2023. Adrian's appointment, as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, will start from 1 June 2023.
