Waypoint Asset Management completed the acquisition of The Prs Reit Holding Company Limited from The PRS REIT plc (LSE:PRSR). Waypoint Asset Management entered into non-binding heads of terms to acquire The Prs Reit Holding Company Limited from The PRS REIT plc (LSE:PRSR) for approximately £650 million on September 17, 2025. Waypoint Asset Management entered into a conditional agreement to acquire The Prs Reit Holding Company Limited from The PRS REIT plc from The PRS REIT plc (LSE:PRSR) on November 3, 2025. A cash consideration of £646.2 million will be paid by Waypoint Asset Management. As part of consideration, £646.2 million is paid towards assets of Portfolio of property assets of The PRS REIT plc.
The transaction is subject to consummation of due diligence investigation. The Directors intend to unanimously recommend that Shareholders vote in favour of the Resolution to be proposed at the General Meeting. As of November 27, 2025, the shareholders of The PRS REIT plc approved the transaction. The transaction is expected to close on or around December 11, 2025.
