Unicorn Mineral Resources plc Announces Increased Cu Recovery in Glycine Leaching Tests Unicorn Mineral Resources Plc announced further positive results from the glycine leaching tests on the tailings samples from the Klein Aub Copper Mine, located in Namibia, which support the Company's confidence in the project's economic viability. These laboratory tests have been carried out by Draslovka, using its world leading proprietary glycine extraction technology. Through the impact of adding an oxidation element, extending the test duration and increasing the temperature, it was possible to significantly increase the copper recovery percentage from the tailings. Furthermore, the upward trajectory of the curve suggests that the reaction had not completed and that further optimisation could result in even higher recoveries. In addition, the tests have only looked at the extraction of the copper and work is still to be carried out to investigate the potential to extract the silver. The results are preliminary values and have been sent for independent analysis. Work is underway to complete the acquisition of the 75% interest in Klein Aub, as set out in the announcement of November 2025, with completion expected in April 2026. Announcement • Jan 23
Unicorn Mineral Resources Plc Announces Results of 3D Gravity Modelling At Lisheen Licence Unicorn Mineral Resources Plc announced the encouraging conclusions of the recently completed 3D modelling of the results from last year's gravity survey at the Company's Lisheen Project. The modelling shows a series of interesting anomalies that are untested by historic drilling and lie close to the Galmoy Zinc mine, which is currently in the process of being re-opened by Shannon Resources. Unicorn's Lisheen Project consists of two contiguous prospecting licences (PL754 and PL4056) located along the highly prospective Rathdowney Trend immediately north of the Lisheen and Galmoy deposits, occupying a strategic location immediately along strike and up dip from both of these deposits. The licences are underlain by well developed and regional dolomitised Waulsortian Reef (the main ore host rock in the Irish Midlands Orefield) that dips gently to the south. The area is cross-cut by Caledonian faults orientated ENE-WSW and NW-SE. Extensions of the main controlling fault systems at both the Lisheen andGalmoy deposits can be traced onto these licences. The Unicorn Lisheen Project is in a highly prospective region with the historic Lisheen and GalmOY mines producing approximately 22Mt of 12% Zn /2 % Pb and 9Mt of 13.5% Zn /2% Pb respectively. Shannon Resources is in the process of reopening the Galmoy mine, expected in first half 2026. Minco Ireland have an exciting project at Rapla, c.6km to the east and, in late 2025, Minco announced an intersection of 16.5m, grading 10.99% Zn /3.12% Pb, 1.39% Cu and 294g/t Ag. New Risk • Oct 10

New minor risk - Shareholder dilution The company's shareholders have been diluted in the past year. Increase in shares outstanding: 17% This is considered a minor risk. Shareholder dilution occurs when there is an increase in the number of shares on issue that is not proportionally distributed between all shareholders. Often due to the company raising equity capital or some options being converted into stock. All else being equal, if there are more shares outstanding then each existing share will be entitled to a lower proportion of the company's total earnings, thus reducing earnings per share (EPS). While dilution might not always result in lower EPS (like if the company is using the capital to fund an EPS accretive acquisition) in a lot cases it does, along with lower dividends per share and less voting power at shareholder meetings. Currently, the following risks have been identified for the company: Major Risks No financial data reported. Market cap is less than US$10m (UK£1.84m market cap, or US$2.49m). Minor Risk Shareholders have been diluted in the past year (17% increase in shares outstanding). Board Change • May 07

Unicorn Mineral Resources PLC Provides Update on Potential Acquisition of Copper Assets Unicorn Mineral Resources Public Limited Company (LSE:UMR) provided an update on the potential copper exploration and development project located on two granted Exclusive Prospecting Licenses in Namibia, which covers an old mine and associated tailings. Following a preliminary independent technical evaluation of the project opportunity and the legal framework and mining policy in Namibia, the Company's management team and consultants carried out a site visit to complete a review of the tailings dams and waste dumps resulting from over 21 years of historic mining activities. Various drilling and sampling investigations on the tailings dam have occurred throughout the years and have defined non-JORC compliant resources of copper and silver. Similarly historical non-JORC compliant resources have been reported on the remaining in-situ mineralisation from the historical underground mining activities. The Company's management team and consultants met with key local stakeholders and also inspected multiple outcrops and broad veins of visible copper mineralisation at several potential targets areas that indicated the potential continuation of the copper mineralisation along strike from the historical mining activities, further supporting the possibility that in-situ resources remain. Samples, predominantly from the extensive outcrops of copper mineralisation that were observed and the waste rock and tailings stockpiles, were taken for analysis and assay at laboratories in Namibia. The Company is expecting to receive final assay results and certification of these results later this quarter and a further update will be made once these results are received. The majority shareholders and local shareholders have expressed an intent to promptly complete the sale of a controlling interest to Unicorn, subject to the Company completing its legal, technical and financial due diligence, and the Board is advancing preliminary and non-binding negotiations with a view to signing heads of terms in the near term. As well as this particular opportunity, the Company's consultants have identified several other interesting brownfield mining opportunities and advanced exploration projects and the Company's Board believes this acquisition could serve as a platform for further growth and expansion in Southern Africa. Unicorn Mineral Resources Plc Provides an Update on the Key Findings from the Recently Conducted Gravity Geophysical Survey at the Kilmallock Block Project Located in Southern County Limerick Unicorn Mineral Resources Plc provided an update on the key findings from the recently conducted gravity geophysical survey at the Kilmallock Block Project located in southern County Limerick ("Kilmallock"). Gravity Surveying Update: Unicorn Mineral Resources has just completed a 174 station gravity survey designed to test the region of subcropping Waulsortian Reef at the Kilmallock licence block in County Limerick. The Gravity surveying was carried out by geophysical contractors, BRG Ltd., and the data was acquired using a LaCoste and Romberg gravimeter, with each measurement point surveyed using a Trimble R10 RTK unit with a TSC5 controller. The data was merged with the historic, widely spaced dataset to produce a grid with a nominal spacing of 250 x 250m. The newly acquired data was levelled to tie in with the historical gravity dataset. The data was then gridded, a third order regional trend was removed, then filtered by calculation of the first vertical derivative and the Analytic Signal, to supplement the target generation process. The rationale for gravity surveying was two-fold. Firstly, the 2023 drilling by Unicorn Mineral Resources at the Bulgaden and Ballycullane mineral occurrences intersected zinc, lead rich sulphide mineralisation and ground preparation in the form of well developed brecciation. Interpretation of the drilling results indicate that the Bulgaden /Ballycullane mineralisation could possibly be the distal part of a much larger mineralising system. The prospective target, a basal Waulsortian Reef, Pallas Green type analogy, lies at depths of less than 250m across a large tract of the Kilmallock Block along strike to the east and west of the Bulgaden /Ballycullane deposits. This is a depth range where gravity surveying as an effective exploration tool. Secondly, Group Eleven Resources have been using gravity surveying to assist with the targeting of their recent drilling campaign at the Ballywire deposit, located just 15km along strike to the east. The most up to date published results from this drilling programme are highly encouraging, with their best hole so far being recently announced. The combined Unicorn Mineral Resources and regional historic gravity data was used to generate a gravity model for the entire the Kilmallock Block. From this data a core area of interest was identified straddling the three licences and centred on the Bulgaden area on PL3249. Anomaly "E" is not as prominent as anomalies "A" to "D" after filtering. The north-eastern portion of PL 3582 is underlain by prospective Waulsortian Reef but is not as well covered by gravity data so the eastern end of the series of gravity highs remains open. Also of interest, is that the south-western area from the 2024 data is not associated with a strong gravity high. First vertical derivative modelling highlights the locations of the edges of bodies that give rise to the observed residual gravity anomalies. Where the first vertical derivative changes sharply from negative to positive (or from positive to negative) it indicates the location of the edge of a density anomalous body. At the exact locations of residual gravity highs "A", "B" and "D", a bullseye high of the first vertical derivative with steeply dropping edges is observed. The residual gravity high marked "C" does not have a corresponding bullseye on the first vertical derivative, and gravity high "E" is present but less prominent. The Analytic Signal of the Bouguer Anomaly data is generated by advanced modelling of three directional derivatives (in the x, y and z directions). Similar to the first vertical derivative, the Analytic Signal is significantly elevated at the locations of residual gravity highs "A", "B" and "D", but is less prominent at "E" and very subdued at "C". The recent gravity survey has been focused on the region where the target horizon, the Waulsortian Reef, sub-crops, and the modelled target depth is <250m. Within this target depth range gravity surveying has the potential to define anomalies that are related to density contrasts within the underlying bedrock. These anomalies may be caused by zones of thick sulphide mineralisation that have a high specific gravity and contrast strongly with the surrounding rock mass. Further work is required to ground truth and define these anomalies before diamond drilling can commence. Announcement • Jul 15
Unicorn Mineral Resources Public Limited Company Announces Commencement of Gravity Geophysical Survey Unicorn Mineral Resources Plc announced that gravity geophysical survey work is set to commence this week on its wholly owned Kilmallock Block Projectlocated in southern County Limerick. Kilmallock extends over an area of 136.65km2 and consists of three contiguous Prospecting Licences (PL's 1945, 3249 and 3582), which are also contiguous with, and located approx. 15km along strike to the west, from TSX-V listed Group Eleven Resources Corporation's ("Group Eleven") newly discovered Ballywire Zinc-Lead-Silver Deposit. Recent diamond drilling exploration by Group Eleven, which followed similar gravity geophysical work programs, confirmed "robust mineralisation at Ballywire over a strike length of over 2.6km" and followed up on previously identified gravity-high anomalies "over a strike-length of 6km and some of the highest silver values ever attained in Ireland" (as per Group Eleven news releases dated 11 June 2024 and 4 April 2024). Whilst the Company advances its review of additional near-term mining production opportunities inEast and Southern Africa, it is also continuing to advance exploration activities on its base metals projects in Ireland. The gravity geophysical survey work to now commence at Kilmallock is targeting a Lisheen /Pallas Green style, Waulsortian Reef hosted zinc-lead-silver deposit to depths of between 100m and 350m. This work follows successful historical exploration work at Bulgaden and Ballycullane which discovered high grade mineralisation and the presence of the well-developed Waulsortian Reef, that extends across almost the entire block at Kilmallock. Historic, widely spaced, regional scale, gravity survey work at Kilmallock has already identified a strong regional gradient dipping to the south. However, this data is not detailed enough for the Company to develop drill targets or plan the next stage of its drilling programs. This new work to now commence, will both extend and enhance the gravity coverage to survey the area of subcropping Waulsortian Reef result in gravity coverage to a nominal density of 250 x 250m. This will allow for detailed modelling, enabling the Company's technical team to generate drill targets for the next phase of its planned exploration at Kilmallock. Gravity surveying and associated 3D modelling has proven to be a very successful exploration tool used by Group Eleven to identify anomalous areas that are spatially coincident with sulphide mineralisation and alteration. Based on the anomalies identified by Group Eleven's gravity survey, they were able to establish drill targets which led to the discovery of the neighbouring Ballywire Zinc-Lead-Silver Deposit and where the best drill intersection to date has been reported as 29.6m of 10.6% Zn+Pb (4.0% Zn and 6.6% Pb), 78 g/t Ag and 0.15% Cu including 12.9m of 16.6% Zn+Pb (5.8% Zn and 10.8% Pb), 123 g/t Ag and 0.19% Cu, and 5.2m of 24.1% Zn+Pb (2.8% Zn and 21.3% Pb), 76 g/t Ag and 0.10% Cu. Unicorn Mineral Resources plc to Commence Exploration Drilling Programme on Kilmallock Property Unicorn Mineral Resources Plc is to commence an exploration drilling programme on its Kilmallock Property in the week commencing 8 May 2023 Unicorn Mineral Resources Plc, a mineral exploration and development company based in Ireland and exploring for zinc, lead, copper and silver, with its main focus at present being the "Limerick Basin" in Ireland, where Unicorn's project "Kilmallock" is situated 20km south of Glencore's "Pallas Green Lead and Zinc" prospect. Following on from confirmation from the Geoscience Regulation Office of the Department of Environment, Climate and Communications that drilling may proceed, Unicorn is planning to mobilise a drilling rig to its Kilmallock property in the week commencing 8May 2023. This phase of work will consist of an initial 6-hole drilling programme, using a single drilling rig, and comprising of approximately 1,250m of drilling, which is expected to take approximately 12 weeks to complete. Five holes have been targeted in the areas of high-grade zinc, lead and copper mineralisation at the Ballycullane and Bulgaden Zones, with an additional hole targeting a separate significant geochemical and geophysical anomaly delineated by recent surveying. Previous drilling on the Kilmallock Property has intersected significant, high-grade zinc, lead, copper and silver mineralisation at a number of zones, including one 3.8m intercept with 14.66% zinc, 4.8% lead and 133.79 g/t silver at a depth of 325m, leading Unicorn to believe that a major, undiscovered, mineralising system is located in this area. Unicorn's first phase drilling programme at Kilmallock is designed to follow up on historic high-grade zinc, lead., copper and silver mineralisation discovered at Kilmallock. In this phase of work six exploration drill holes are planned to test for Waulsortian Reef hosted zinc, lead, copper and Silver mineralisation. The proposed drilling is located in a region where historic exploration has discovered, but left undefined and undelineated, two high-grade mineralised bodies at Ballycullane and Bulgaden. The Ballycullane mineralisation is dominated by shallow, sub-outcropping oxides, probably related to a weathered massive sulphide body. The Bulgaden zone is located 1.2km to the southeast and consists of primary, massive sulphide mineralisation, rich in zinc and lead, with a significant silver endowment.
