Taylor Wimpey plc Announces Board and Committee Changes Taylor Wimpey plc has announced the appointment of Sarah Warby as an independent Non Executive Director with effect from October 2, 2026. Sarah Warby would also become a member of the Nomination and Governance Committee and Remuneration Committee on appointment. Sarah Warby is Chief Customer Officer at Nando's UK&I and an independent Non-Executive Director at MONY Group plc.
