(ENXTPA:ALJXR) signed a letter of intent to acquire O2i Ingénierie from Prologue S.A. (ENXTPA:ALPRG) for €0.3 million on May 27, 2025. A cash consideration of €0.3 million will be paid by Archos S.A.
