SP Group Executive VP & Member of Executive Board Acquires 1.5% More Stock

Investors who take an interest in SP Group A/S (CPH:SPG) should definitely note that the Executive VP & Member of Executive Board, Soren Ulstrup, recently paid kr.285 per share to buy kr.854k worth of the stock. Although the purchase only increased their holding by 1.5%, it is still a solid purchase in our view.

The Last 12 Months Of Insider Transactions At SP Group

Over the last year, we can see that the biggest insider purchase was by CEO & Member of Executive Board Frank Gad for kr.5.3m worth of shares, at about kr.204 per share. We do like to see buying, but this purchase was made at well below the current price of kr.297.
