Quarterhill Inc., together with its subsidiaries, operates in the intelligent transportation systems business in Canada and internationally. The company offers mobility solutions, such as all-electronic tolling (AET), dynamic pricing, agency interoperability, and hosted mobility solutions and machine learning through riteSuite, as well as provides maintenance services and related operations, and automatic vehicle detection and classification (AVDC) software to the tolling industry. Its back-office solutions provide account management, customer service, and violation processing and technical services operations; and roadside solutions provide onsite and remote maintenance, and field operations services, including tolling facility support, lane equipment control, and cash management.
