OmniCar Holding to Be Delisted from Spotlight on July 25, 2024 OmniCar Holding AB has entered into voluntary liquidation and Petter Kullgren, attorney-at-law, has been appointed as liquidator for the Company in accordance with the extraordinary general meeting's resolution on June 28, 2024. Omni Aps entered into an agreement to acquire Omnicarservice ApS from OmniCar Holding AB (publ) (NGM:OMNI) for SEK 16.1 million. Omni Aps entered into an agreement to acquire Omnicarservice ApS from OmniCar Holding AB (publ) (NGM:OMNI) for SEK 16.1 million on June 11, 2024. Omni ApS will besides assuming the liabilities and debts of the business, totaling approximately SEK 16 million, pay a purchase price of SEK 100,000 to OmniCar. The board of directors has held several discussions with external investors on potential solutions and has today resolved to agree to transfer the Company’s subsidiary, Omnicarservice ApS, where most of the Company’s operations is conducted, including IP rights and software held by the Company, to Omni.
