Playgon Games Inc. announced that it expects to receive CAD 5 million in funding Playgon Games Inc. announced a private placement of 5000 unsecured convertible debentures at a price of CAD 1,000 for gross proceeds of up to CAD 5,000,000 on November 30, 2023. Receives Ontario Gaming-Related Supplier License Playgon Games Inc. has been granted a license by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), the regulatory agency responsible for the oversight of the modern open and regulated iGaming and sports betting market in Ontario. The license will allow Playgon to supply Ontario approved iGaming and sports betting operators with its mobile focused live dealer platform from its broadcasting studio in Las Vegas, Nevada.
