Quebec Rare Earth Elements Corp. engages in the exploration and development of rare earth elements in Canada. It holds interest in the Carcajou property project which covers an area of 75 square kilometers located in the town of St-Félicien, Saguenay area, Quebec; Lynx Property project which covers an area of 20.3 square kilometers located 15 km north of Dolbeau-Mistassini and 90 km northwest of Saguenay, Quebec; and Caribou REE Property located in the North Shore region of Quebec. The company was formerly known as Metallica Metals Corp. and changed its name to Quebec Rare Earth Elements Corp. in November 2023.
