It holds interest in the Atlin West property that consists of two contiguous claims covering approximately 3,125.15 hectares located in British Columbia; the Rizz property that covers an area of 5,415 hectares located in the Northwestern, British Columbia; and the Icefall property covering an area of 8,704 hectares located in the north of Tulsequah, British Columbia. The company was formerly known as Cobalt Power Group Inc. and changed its name to Power Group Projects Corp. in February 2019.
