Announces Distribution of Profit for the Year 2021 to Distributed on 25 July 2022 Inner Mongolia Yitai Coal Co., Ltd. distribute a cash dividend of RMB9.30 (tax inclusive) per 10 Shares to all the Shareholders, based on the total share capital of the Company of 3,254,007,000 Shares. The total dividend to be distributed is RMB3,026,226,510 (tax inclusive), accounting for 35% of the net profit attributable to owners of the parent company of RMB8,643,452,999.77 in the consolidated statements of the Company for the year 2021. The distribution plan complies with the requirements of the Listed Companies Regulatory Guidance No. 3 - Cash Dividends Distribution of Listed Companies issued by the CSRC and the Rules Governing the Listing of Stocks on ShanghaiStock Exchange issued by the Shanghai Stock Exchange. As at the end of 2021, the accumulative profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company amounted to RMB24,459,406,079.76 and undistributed profit of RMB21,433,179,569.76 was carried over to the next period upon the profit distribution. This resolution has been considered and passed at the AGM held on Tuesday, 28 June 2022. The aforesaid final dividend for the year 2021 will be distributed on 25 July 2022. (SHSE:900948) agreed to acquire 32.2% stake in Inner Mongolia Yitai Chemical Co., Ltd. from Shanghai Hanqing Enterprise Management Partnership (limited partnership) for CNY 2.3 billion on May 24, 2021. Inner Mongolia Yitai Chemical reported total assets of CNY 15.8 billion and total common equity of CNY 5.6 million till March 31, 2021. Inner Mongolia Yitai Chemical reported total assets of CNY16.4 billion, total common equity of CNY 5.6 billion, revenues of CNY 4.3 billion and total loss of CNY 19.3 million for the year ending December 31, 2020. (the "Company") announced that, Mr. He Peixun ceased to act as the employee supervisor of the Company (the "Employee Supervisor") from 28 December 2020 due to adjustment to work arrangement.
