He served as the President of ES3, a third-party logistics provider in the grocery distribution industry since November 2010. Mr. May served as President and Chief Executive Officer of FedEx Office and Print Services, Inc. (also known as FedEx Kinko's Office and Print Services, Inc.,/FedEx Kinko's/ FedEx Office), a subsidiary of FedEx Corporation from January 2006 to March 31, 2008 and also served as its Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since August 2004. Mr. May oversaw day-to-day management of FedEx Corporation's worldwide performance. He was responsible for FedEx Kinko's strategic direction, product and service vision, as well as growth and development. He served as Chief Executive Officer and President at FedEx Kinko's Limited. Mr. May joined FedEx in 1982, where he served as Senior Vice President of U.S. Operations from 2000 to 2004 and also served as a Manager in Memphis Super Hub. He has 25 years of experience. He served as an Executive Board Member and Vice President at large for the American Trucking Association. During his tenure with FedEx, Mr. May served various domestic and international senior management level positions responsible for operations and strategic planning and development. He has also served as Chairman of the March of Dimes National Board of Trustees. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at BeyondRecognition, LLC. He served on the National Board of Trustees for the March of Dimes from June 2004 to 2006. Mr. May served as Director of P.F. Chang's China Bistro Inc. from May 2007 to November 2010. Mr. May was a Member of the Board of Directors and General Campaign Chairman for the United Way of the Mid-South. He is a Member of the Dallas CEO Roundtable and the Young President' Organization (YPO). His career has been profiled in The New York Times, UrbanFortune, Time and Forbes magazines. It has also taken him on two visits to The Oval Office. Mr. May holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Memphis and an MBA from the University of Tennessee.
