Trip.com Group Limited Announces Management Changes, Effective February 25, 2026 Trip.com Group Limited announced a series of changes to its board of directors, effective February 25, 2026. Mr. Min Fan has resigned from his positions as a director and the president of the Company, and Mr. Qi Ji has resigned from his position as a director.
