Hoftex Group AG, through its subsidiaries, manufactures and sells textile products in Germany and internationally. It offers industrial yarns, elastic and hard core-spun yarns elastic, ring-spun yarns, paper yarns, technical threads, and fabrics, as well as special twisted yarns for the cable industry. The company also develops and manufactures textile products and nonwovens, such as acoustic nonwovens for automotive, construction, and cable industries, as well as apparel sector. In addition, it offers decorative fabrics, decorative pillows, finished and panel curtains, and window coverings. The company was formerly known as Textilgruppe Hof AG and changed its name to Hoftex Group AG in January 2013. Hoftex Group AG was founded in 1869 and is based in Hof, Germany. Hoftex Group AG is a subsidiary of ERWO Holding AG.
