For the period, the company expects to record a net loss of approximately HKD 218 million for the Period as compared to a net profit of HKD 527 million for the corresponding period in 2024. The net loss for the Period was mainly attributable to: the revaluation deficit arising from the semi-annual revaluation of the Group's investment properties for the Period.
