BoMill Launches New High-Capacity Configuration of BoMill InSight BoMill announced the launch of a new high-capacity configuration of BoMill InSight™, increasing the maximum sorting capacity from 15 up to 30 metric tons per hour while maintaining the same installation footprint. This reduces the investment cost per ton sorted and further strengthens the return on investment for customers. Developed in response to requests from existing and prospective customers, the new configuration enables large-scale in-line integration for flour mills, grain handlers and malthouses. Thanks to the modular design of the BoMill InSight™ platform, the new configuration will also be offered as an upgrade for existing installations. The new configuration accommodates up to 14 sorting units and features a new service-friendly design that allows each sorting unit to be easily slid from its operating position into a service position, simplifying cleaning and maintenance while minimizing downtime. The combination of the new frame design and the increased throughput of each sorting unit doubles the maximum sorting capacity to 30 metric tons per hour, enabling BoMill to address the needs of significantly larger grain processing facilities. By doubling the maximum capacity while maintaining the same platform footprint, customers can process substantially larger grain volumes with a lower investment cost per ton sorted. The new configuration is fully compatible with the existing BoMill InSight(TM) platform, enabling existing customers to upgrade their installed BoMill InSight(TM) systems to the new high-capacity configuration, including upgrades to both the sorting units and the frame. Since the new frame has the same footprint, upgrades are straightforward and cost-efficient without replacing previously purchased sorting units. Existing sorting units can be integrated directly into the new frame, providing a cost-effective path to increased capacity. This modular approach allows customers to expand capacity as their business grows while protecting previous investments and minimizing future upgrade costs. The new high-capacity configuration has been specifically developed to facilitate in-line installation in high-capacity grain processing facilities while preserving all the advantages of the BoMill InSight(TM) platform. By combining high throughput, modular scalability and precision through single kernel analysis, the solution enables customers to optimize utilization of wheat and barley, improve product consistency and maximize the value of every grain lot. The agreement, like other similar development projects that are part of the Company's daily operations, is in line with BoMill's customer focused approach to identify new market opportunities. BoMill is a pioneer in grain sorting based on the internal properties of the grains. The Company has developed a globally unique grain sorting technology that enables sorting of grains beyond visual surface properties, which is the standard approach today. This proprietary technology makes it possible to analyze and identify each kernel in a batch of grains and grade them according to their internal qualities, such as protein content. BoMill's sorting equipment, TriQ, can be used for several different applications in commercial grain sorting. The Company has entered into a development agreement with a leading food producer, based in the US, with a product portfolio where grain products are important ingredients. The purpose of the agreement is to evaluate how BoMill's sorting equipment can be used as a part of the partner's production chain. The agreement runs for a period of 18 months and within the framework of the development project, BoMill will receive grain batches which will be evaluated in the Company's in-house laboratory. This type of development project is part of the Company's daily operations and is carried out regularly in collaboration with parties in various industries.
