It serves the chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food, and logistics industries. The company was formerly known as H.P.I. Holding AG and changed its name to Ringmetall AG in September 2015. Ringmetall AG was founded in 1997 and is headquartered in Munich, Germany.
