Mr. Nania is a Founder and Director of Arctic Graphite AS (Arctic), a joint venture partner in the Company’s Expandable Graphite Project in Europe. He was previously a Director and significant shareholder of Skaland Graphite AS, Europe’s largest natural graphite producer, from 2020 to 2023. Mr. Nania has held several senior Investment Banking roles for US and Australian firms. He is currently a Non-Executive Director of ASX listed Axel REE Ltd. Mr. Nania brings extensive experience across the graphite industry, combined with deep capital markets and financing expertise. International Graphite Limited Wins $4.7 Million Australian Federal Government Grant International Graphite Limited has been awarded a $4.7 million grant from the Australian Government through the national Critical Minerals Development Program administered by the Federal Department of Industry, Science and Resources. The funds, which are expected to be available from 1 June 2023, will help fast-track the integrated mine-to-market graphite supply chain the Company is developing in Western Australia. Grant funding will be used to advance feasibility studies for the Company's proposed graphite mine at Springdale, and advanced battery anode material manufacturing plant at Collie, as well as construction of a planned graphite micronising facility, also at Collie. International Graphite Limited Announces Management Changes International Graphite Limited announced the appointment of existing Director David Pass to the role of Chief Technical Officer. A metallurgist with 30 years' experience in the mining industry, David has held senior positions and brings extensive experience across all facets of operational processing, process design, project management, due diligence and management of mine operations. David has been providing process design, metallurgical and graphite markets advice to International Graphite since the Company's formation in 2018. He is recognised as an expert in graphite primary and downstream processing and has led, and continues to be actively involved with, a vast number of graphite developers with mines and downstream processing ambitions in Africa, Australia and Europe. Over many years David has established close relationships with graphite purification and coating technology specialists and market advisors in Europe, North America and Asia. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgy from Murdoch University and is a member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. He will continue as a Director of the Company. David is Chief Executive Officer of Battery Limits Ltd. (Battery Limits), a company associated with International Graphite's founding Chairman Phil Hearse. Battery Limits has agreed to make David's time available to International Graphite and will charge International Graphite a discounted hourly rate ($235/hour) for the time he works on International Graphite business as per the afore-mentioned agreement. David will continue to receive his non-executive director fees as set out in the Prospectus. Mr. Hearse will continue to lead International Graphite in a non-executive capacity from 1 March 2023. Phil will remain actively engaged in various aspects of International Graphite's business including community and government relations, engineering and process design and graphite markets. International Graphite Limited Announces the Results of a Further 12 Diamond Drilling and 39 RC Holes from Drilling Within the Existing Mineral Resource Area At the Springdale Graphite Project International Graphite Limited announced the results of a further 12 diamond drilling and 39 RC holes from drilling within the existing mineral resource area at the Springdale Graphite Project ("Springdale" or the "Project"), near Hopetoun and 25km south of Ravensthorpe in Western Australia. The 12 diamond drilling holes outlined in this release were completed in the high grade domains of the mineral resource block model at the northern and southern end of the western half of the existing Springdale Mineral Resource. All drilling undertaken at Springdale continues to be shallow to a maximum of 100-125 metres with all holes remaining open at depth. Infill drilling will continue at Springdale through February 2023 at which point, following the receipt of assay results, the Company expects to have sufficient data from its program to complete a new mineral resource estimate for Springdale that would support mining studies and feasibility assessment. International Graphite Confirms Third High Grade Discovery at Springdale Graphite Project - Springdale South International Graphite Limited announced the results of a further 10 reverse circulation (RC) exploration holes from drilling at the Springdale Graphite Project ("Springdale" or the "Project"), near Hopetoun and 25km south of Ravensthorpe in Western Australia. Over 6,000 metres of mineral resource and exploration drilling have been completed at Springdale since June 2022. The drilling aims to upgrade the existing Springdale Mineral Resource Estimate from inferred to indicated status (currently 15.6Mt at 6.0% TGC, including a high-grade component of 2.6Mt at 17.5% TGC). It also aims to expand the mineral resource inventory through exploration drilling in areas highlighted by an airborne electromagnetic geophysical ("AEM") survey undertaken in 2019. The ten RC holes outlined in this release target anomalies to the south of the Springdale Mineral Resource. Springdale South is the third discovery from International Graphite's drilling, following identification of Springdale Far West and Springdale Central in September and October 2022 respectively. A further 39 RC drill holes have now been completed at exploration target SDE_1. Visual graphite mineralisation was identified in December 2022 and assays for that drilling are expected to be received in February. Board Change • Dec 08
