Topicus.com Tables Increased Cash Offer for ReadyTech Pending Board and Regulatory Approvals Topicus.com, through subsidiary TSS Europe B.V., has put forward a revised non-binding proposal to acquire ReadyTech Holdings Limited via a scheme of arrangement or an off-market takeover bid.
The revised terms offer ReadyTech shareholders cash of A$2.00 per share under a scheme or A$1.75 per share under a takeover bid, described as a premium to recent trading levels.
