Radial Research Corp. (CNSX:RAD) acquired Assets of Zoompages from for CAD 0.2 million. Radial Research Corp. (CNSX:RAD) acquired assets of ZoomPages for $0.2 million on May 28, 2020. The transaction also includes all associated intellectual property and goodwill of ZoomPages. Under the asset purchase agreement, Radial issued an aggregate of 4 million Radial common shares to Jason Argall and Jia-Yun Liu at a deemed price of $0.05 per share. The shares are subject to a four month hold period pursuant to applicable securities laws. In connection with the transaction, Jason Argall, one of the founders of ZoomPages, has also joined the Board of Directors of Radial.
