Agereh Technologies Inc. announced that it expects to receive CAD 0.2 million in funding Agereh Technologies Inc. announced a non-brokered private placement on a commercially reasonable efforts basis of 5% convertible unsecured debentures for gross aggregate proceeds of up to CAD 200,000 on April 15, 2026. The Debentures have an issue price of CAD 1,000 per Debenture and will bear interest at a rate of 5% per annum, payable in arrears on the maturity date. Carbeeza Inc. announced that it expects to receive CAD 5 million in funding Carbeeza Inc. announced a non-brokered private placement of 10% convertible unsecured debentures for gross aggregate proceeds of up to $5,000,000.
