Pershimex Resources Corporation engages in the exploration and evaluation of mineral resources in Canada. It primarily explores for gold deposits. The company holds interests in the Malartic property, which consists of 6 blocks of contiguous claims; Forsan property comprising 27 claims covering an area of 8 square kilometers; and Belleterre project, which include Blondeau-Guillet and Chevrier properties located in Quebec. It also holds interests in the Villebon property consisting of 43 claims covering 1,780 hectares located in the Villebon Township, Abitibi; Nanuq property located in Nunavik, to the south of Salluit, Quebec; and Courville property that consists of 361 claims covering an area of approximately 151.82 square kilometers located in the Carpentier and Courville townships. The company was formerly known as Khalkos Exploration Inc. Pershimex Resources Corporation is based in Rouyn-Noranda, Canada.
