The company primarily explores for gold, copper, nickel, zinc, nephrite jade, and silver deposits. It holds a 100% interest in the Tell property that consists of 235 claims covering an area of 4,900 hectares and is located to the east of Mayo, Yukon; the DJ Jade project covering an area of approximately 140 hectares located in Washington State; the Keithly Mountain property covering an area of 2,111 hectares located in the Cariboo goldfields, British Columbia; and the Wyoming Jade Fields that consists of approximately 50 claims covering an area of 1,035 acres and is located in Wyoming. The company was incorporated in 1983 and is headquartered in Calgary, Canada.
