Apex Resources Inc., an exploration stage company, engages in the exploration and evaluation of mineral properties in Canada. The company primarily explores for gold, silver, and copper deposits. It holds interest in the Kena property covering an area of 8,173 hectares located near the community of Ymir in southeastern British Columbia; the Golden Triangle property that covers an area of 7,861.9 hectares located in British Columbia; and the Jersey-Emerald tungsten-zinc mine property in southern British Columbia. The company also holds interests in the Red Ridge property that includes 72 claims covering an area of approximately 1360 hectares located in Yukon, British Columbia; the Mount Anderson property that consists of 163 quartz claims covering approximately 31 square kilometres located in Whitehorse Mining District, Yukon; and the Ore Hill property covering an area of 2000 hectares located in southern British Columbia. The company was formerly known as Sultan Minerals Inc. and changed its name to Apex Resources Inc. in July 2016. Apex Resources Inc. is based in Vancouver, Canada.
