Quebec Rare Earth Elements Corp., a mining exploration and development company, engages in the exploration of rare earth elements in Canada. It holds interest in the Carcajou REE project which covers an area of 77 square kilometers located in the southwest of Crevier Carbonatite; and Caribou REE Property located in the North Shore region of Quebec. The company also has an option to acquire a 100% on the Lynx REE project that covers an area of 48.8 square kilometers located in Quebec, Canada.
