Norwood Systems Limited Announces Board Changes Norwood Systems Limited announced that effective immediately, Dr. John Tarrant has been appointed Chair of the Board. He succeeds Paul Ostergaard, who remains Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Norwood Systems. In this newly separated role, Dr. Tarrant will lead the Board in providing strong oversight and strategic guidance, ensuring the highest standards of governance as Norwood expands into new markets and finalises pending contracts.
