Stake in Hunter's Largest Shopping Centre Reportedly Is Up for Grabs The Hunter region's largest shopping centre could be set for a massive ownership shake-up, with The GPT Group (ASX:GPT) seeking investor backing for a stake in Charlestown Square. The proposed transaction for a 50% interest in the centre is valued at about $450 million.
