Enegex Limited announced that it expects to receive AUD 5 million in funding Enegex Limited announced a private placement to issue 100,000,000 common shares at an issue price of AUD 0.05 per share for gross proceeds of AUD 5,000,000 from sophisticated and institutional investors on September 23, 2025. The transaction includes participation from Roger Steinepreis and Nick Castleden for AUD 120,000 and AUD 75,000 respectively. The placement is subject to shareholder approval, which will be sought at a general meeting expected to be held in October 2025. The company has agree to pay Canaccord a management fee equal to 2% of the amounts raised under the placement, a selling fee equal to 4% of the amounts raised under the placement by parties introduced by Canaccord; and subject to shareholder approval, issue Canaccord 2,000,000 company's options, exercisable at AUD 0.10 with a three year expiry.
