Voltaic Strategic Resources Limited Provides an Update on Ti Tree Project, Located in the Gascoyne Region of Western Australia Voltaic Strategic Resources Limited provided an update on its Ti Tree project, located in the Gascoyne region of Western Australia. Assays have been received for the maiden surface geochemical sampling campaign and have confirmed that the in-situ granitic intrusions across the entire project area are fertile for lithium (Li) mineralization. This is highly significant at such an early stage of the project's evolution and has resulted in an expansion of the Volta corridor to 40km strike length and the identification of 3 priority drill targets. In addition to confirming the presence of fertile source (parental) rocks for hosting LCT pegmatites, further geochemical analysis has identified that several of the rockchip samples have anomalous tantalum (Ta) and caesium (Cs), and display the same chemical composition and texture as typical LCT pegmatites (highly fractionated and containing Cs, Ta and/or tourmaline). This further strengthens the prospectivity for hosting a true LCT system. It is worth noting that the Yinnietharra (Malinda) lithium discovery was initially identified as a prospect from fertility analysis undertaken by Segue Resources Ltd. in 2016. Segue demonstrated that the Thirty-Three Supersuite (TTS) granitic belt is unequivocally fertile and hence, the likely source of lithium mineralization in the region. The TTS underlies both the Yinnietharra lithium discovery and Voltaic's Ti Tree tenements (the 80 km strike Volta corridor). Significance of the Results: The results highlight the potential for an economic LCT discovery within the project area from the favorable geochemistry of the initial rockchip results and the extensive occurrence of pegmatite outcrop throughout the tenure. The nature of LCT pegmatites limits the number of applicable exploration tools that can be utilised due to their typically non-responsive geophysical characteristics: non-magnetic, non-conductive and may not be distinguishable from surrounding rocks utilising gravity methods (Cerny 1989). Hence, geochemical exploration is key, and the company is encouraged by these favourable initial rockchip results. The pegmatites at Ti Tree may originate from the same fertile granitic source as the Yinnietharra lithium discovery, which further underpins the prospectivity at the project. Voltaic's Ti Tree project is along strike, both north-west and south-east, of the Yinnietharra project and both are underlain by the Thirty-Three Supersuite (TTS) granites, which company has now demonstrated to be fertile from favourable rockchip geochemistry. Red Dirt Metals Limited are actively drilling 90,000m into the Yinnietharra project and other regional targets. Initial drill results for the `M1 pegmatite' are significant and include 56m at 1.12% Li 2O from 94m (YNRD005), and visual identification of spodumene within multiple holes. M1 shows significant down-dip continuity with excellent Li2O grades from surface, which is very encouraging for the entire region. From the fertility analysis of these initial rockchips, Voltaic has identified a significant increase in the prospective LCT "goldilocks" corridor from 22km to 40km strike length within the Ti Tree tenure, which is highly significant. The pegmatites at Ti Tree may originate from the same fertile granitic source as the neighbouring Yinnietharra lithium discovery. A comparison is also made to Voltaic's journey so far at Ti Tree, and company is encouraged by the progress made within initial three months of exploration. Upcoming Exploration: `Phase 3' of ground reconnaissance at Ti Tree is planned for February/March 2023 and will comprise further geochemical sampling and planning for the subsequent regional soil sampling campaign. The regional broad-coverage soil sampling campaign is planned to commence in February 2023 for the entire Volta corridor and will comprise 8,000 soil samples in total. Phase-1 will commence at Ti Tree South E09/2503 & E09/2470 (3,000 samples), with follow up phases thereafter across Volta. This campaign will provide geochemical data over the entire prospective corridor and will target the schists within Volta. A high-resolution UAV drone survey is planned for February 2023 and will provide detailed high-resolution imagery to assist with regional geological mapping and identification of pegmatite outcrops. Detailed geophysical and structural interpretation analysis is underway in collaboration with Southern Geoscience Consultants (SGC), to complement the Company's pipeline of targets. Voltaic Strategic Resources Limited Provides an Update on its Ti Tree Lithium Project Voltaic Strategic Resources Limited provided an update on its Ti Tree lithium project, located in the Gascoyne region of Western Australia. Following the identification of a high density of pegmatite occurrences at priority ASTER target, ‘Morpheus’, the Company is pleased to advise that the next phase of target generation is underway with "boots on the ground" actively following up targets in the field and assessing logistics for a regional soil sampling campaign across the entire Volta corridor, and consultants SGC engaged to enhance Voltaic's geophysical datasets. SGC will compile all open-source geophysical and geological data into a series of GIS packages which will broaden the Company's pipeline of targets for follow-up exploration. SGC will also identify what additional ASTER, magnetic and radiometric data is required to expedite target generation. Alongside this, a high-resolution UAV drone survey will be undertaken by ATLAS Geophysics to assist with detailed mapping and direct pegmatite outcrop identification. This is the most effective next step forward as the frequency of pegmatite occurrences within Voltaic's tenure is extensive, and is predicted to extend across the entire prospective 22km Volta corridor. Voltaic's neighbour Red Dirt Metals Limited are actively drilling 90,000m into their Yinnietharra lithium discovery and other regional targets. Voltaic's Ti Tree project resides within an interpreted prospective corridor of LCT-bearing pegmatites (the `Volta' corridor), which contains the Yinnietharra lithium discovery, and is underlain by the Thirty-Three Supersuite (TTS) a belt of granitic plutons (intrusions). It has been demonstrated that the TTS is fertile for LCT mineralisation and the latest RDT drilling results confirm this. Voltaic's tenure overlays a significant portion of the TTS, and its respective portions of the granitic intrusions are potentially fertile for lithium mineralisation. LCT pegmatites in the region have been observed to lie within 05 km of source fertile granite intrusions and appear controlled by both faults within the host metasediments and fractionation. The five main plutons within Volta have been labelled F1-F5 for the following discussion: It appears from RDT's drilling and proximity of the M1 pegmatite to various TTS granitic sub-plutons, that although the core of M1 is closer (600m) from central sub-pluton F5, it is the southern sub-pluton F6 (1,800m distance) that has greater fertility potential due to the traditional `Goldilocks model' of LCT prospectivity. Thus, F6 is likely the source of lithium fertility for the Yinnietharra M1 pegmatite. If true, this significantly enhances the prospectivity of Voltaic's Ti Tree South tenements (E09/2503, E09/2470) as both of these are within the area of maximum prospectivity or " Goldilocks sweet spot", respective to F6 The surrounding aureoles of F1-F4 within Voltaic's Ti Tree North tenement (E09/2522) are 21km in strike length. If F1-F4 are fertile, this significantly enhances the prospectivity of Voltaic's Ti Tree North tenement (E09/2522) as this tenement is within the area of maximum prospectivity or "sweet spot", respective to F1, F2, F3 & F4 Interpretative work suggests that the mapped plutons could in fact comprise several sub-plutonic units, which would further expand the length of the Volta corridor. This will be followed up with detailed geophysical analysis. The Company's exploration team is currently in the field at Ti Tree assessing logistics for the upcoming heli-supported `phase 3' exploration program, planned for February/March 2023. Utilising a helicopter to support exploration activities is a highly efficient and economical approach for the remote Gascoyne region and minimises its impact on pastoral tracks, in particular during the wet season (January-March). This will allow the Company's drill target generation program to maintain momentum and will enhance the geophysical compilation work being undertaken by SGS. Voltaic Strategic Resources Limited Provides Update on its Gascoyne Critical Metals Project in the Mid-Northwest of Western Australia Voltaic Strategic Resources Limited provided an update on its Gascoyne Critical Metals (GCM) Project, located in the mid-northwest of Western Australia. The GCM project comprises 4 regional project areas: Paddys Well, Ti Tree, Talga and Kooline. Two tenements under application have recently been granted: E08/3314 - Kooline Project - Copper, Gold, and base metal prospectivity. E08/3420 - Talga Project - Nickel-Copper-Cobalt-PGE and Manganese prospectivity. Kooline: Gold, Copper-Gold and Base Metals Project: Comprises exploration licence E08/3314 (~303km2) and is located to the northwest of Paraburdoo in the upper mid-northwest of Western Australia. Paulsens Gold Mine, formerly owned by Norther Star Resources is 40km north of Kooline, and has produced over 900,000 Oz of gold since 2005. Kooline lies within the west-northwest trending regional Wyloo anticlinal dome, which is prospective for Au, Cu-Au and base metals (Cu-Ag-Pb-Zn). Historical surface sampling and limited shallow drilling by NSR within E08/3314 identified gold anomalism which warrants follow-up work. There are several active exploration projects in the vicinity such as Kingfisher Mining's Boolaloo Project, and Cazaly Resources's Ashburton Project along strike of Kooline, targeting Cu-Au, Au and base metals. Talga: Nickel-Copper-Cobalt-Pge and Manganese Project: Comprises one granted exploration licence E08/3420 (Talga West ~185 km2) and one exploration licence application E08/3303 (Talga East ~144km2). It is located approximately 350km north-east of Carnarvon in Western Australia. The project area overlays the `Talga Fault Zone' (TFZ), a major NW-SE fault with historical potential for both nickel-copper-cobalt-PGE and cobalt-bearing manganese mineralisation. Historical surface sampling identified anomalous Ni-Cu-Co mineralisation associated with a large dolerite/gabbro dyke that were never followed up. Moreover, a prior VTEM survey identified numerous geophysical anomalies associated with the dyke which were never drill tested. The interpreted dykes within that Talga project are potentially analogous to the recent `Money Intrusion' dyke that has produced Dreadnought Resources Ltd. /First Quantum Minerals Ltd.'s nickel sulphide discovery at their Mangaroon project, 130km to the west. Voltaic Strategic Resources Limited Provides Update on Paddys Well REE Project Voltaic Strategic Resources Limited provided an update on its Paddys Well REE Project, located in the Gascoyne region of Western Australia. An auger- vacuum drill rig has been mobilised and is currently on route to the Paddys Well project site to commence the Company's phase-1 shallow drilling campaign This phase-1 drill campaign will comprise ~1,250 m across several priority target areas within the highly prospective ‘CSZ 1’ REE corridor and will be concentrated around an area where several historical drillholes have identified anomalous Total Rare Earth Element Oxide (TREO) results within both shallow oxide The primary aim of the campaign is to confirm (‘twin’) the historical holes, delineate the extent of the clay-hosted anomalous REE area, and screen other key priority target areas of interest. Additionally, Voltaic's exploration team will also undertake the next round of field reconnaissance target generation at Paddys Well simultaneously with the drilling program. If the Company receive favourable results from the phase-1 campaign, the program will be extended in February 2023 (phase-2). It should be noted that the primary target of this AV drill campaign is the upper shallow oxide (clay) horizon and enables low cost, expeditious vectoring towards potential deeper primary basement mineralisation. The phase-1 drill campaign will commence in late Dec-2022 and extend into Jan-2023. The aim is to: `twin' (the oxide /clay component) of historical Cameco drillhole GAD0004 with anomalous REEs and improve the resolution of composite sampling; test and expand the extent of the REE anomalism within the target area utilising wide-spaced gridlines; and screen other key priority target areas of interest. Should the Company receive favourable results from the phase-1 campaign, the program will be extended in February 2023 (phase-2). An AV rig is a highly effective and efficient tool for expeditious geochemical vectoring as it: allows large areas of clay-hosted cover to be drill-tested in short timeframes; it is highly mobile (tractor mounted) and suited to areas with challenging logistical access; it is significantly less costly per meter drilled compared to other drill methods, such as reverse circulation (RC) or diamond drilling (DD); It produces an extremely clean sample with minimal cross-contamination from adjacent areas; it has a very low environmental impact. The AV rig is limited to areas with low moisture content and to depths less than approximately 45 m enabling expeditious confirmation of clay-hosted REE anomalism and vectoring towards source mineralisation. Accordingly, subsequent deeper RC or diamond drilling campaigns are much more targeted and efficient. Voltaic has engaged the services of Strataprobe Pty Ltd. for the Gascoyne projects shallow drilling programs. Additional activities planned for Fourth Quarter 2022/First Quarter 2023 exploration at the Paddys Well project include generation and refinement of targets through the acquisition of enhanced radiometrics /magnetics /UAV drone imagery, and supporting field activities to advance these targets. Voltaic Strategic Resources Limited Confirms Pegmatite Occurrences At Ti Tree Voltaic Strategic Resources Limited provided an update on its Ti Tree project, located in the Gascoyne region of Western Australia. Following the prior identification of multiple priority target areas with analogous ASTER signatures to the adjacent Red Dirt Metals Yinnietharra lithium discovery, Voltaic is extremely encouraged to have found a high density of pegmatite occurrences at one of its priority targets, "Morpheus", as well as several other aster targets within granted tenement E09/2503 during the latest field reconnaissance. Encouragingly, many hallmarks of Yinnietharra have been observed: Pegmatoid pods with east-west (EW) 270° structural orientation; Evident fractionation within pegmatites i.e. tourmaline, white micas & feldspars; and Pegmatite occurrences found within both pelitic schists and granitic contacts. ASTER Targeting: A hyperspectral remote sensing (HRS) survey was undertaken in March 2022 utilising LANDSAT and ASTER satellite data. Known lithium-caesium-tantalum (LCT) occurrences were used to characterise the spectral signature of potential lithium occurrences within the area and over 20 priority targets were identified . Multiple HRS targets have been interpreted to display highly analogous signatures to the adjacent Yinnietharra lithium discovery, and a portion of these were targeted during Voltaic's December 2022 field reconnaissance program (portions of TT14, TT15 & TT16). Encouragingly, all three target areas were observed to have extensive occurrences of outcropping pegmatoids and thirty-four (34) of these occurrences were directly sampled to assist lithium-tantalum vectoring geochemistry. This newly identified priority target area has been named the "Morpheus" target. To date, less than 10% of the 21 priority ASTER targets have been tested, and the ASTER targets appear to strongly correlate with the presence of pegmatite occurrences. As a consequence, it is thought that the number of potential pegmatoid occurrences at Ti Tree to be of the order of several hundred or greater. The most effective next steps would be detailed mapping and direct outcrop sampling to aid target generation, geochemical vectoring, and drill ranking. Rockchip Sampling at Ti Tree: Extensive rockchip sampling has been undertaken at Ti Tree South (EL09/2505) with eighty (80) samples collected during the phase-1 reconnaissance program (SeptemberOctober 2022) and a further thirty-eight (38) samples were taken during the latest phase-2 program, thirty-four (34) of which were pegmatites. All samples have been submitted for multi-element analysis and the results from phase-1 are expected within 4-6 weeks, with phase-2 assays anticipated in February 2023. The frequency of fractionated /altered felsic pegmatites observed is encouraging, with tourmaline, white micas, and massive feldspar widespread throughout the tenure. Additionally, a wide spectrum of pegmatite crystal sizes have been noted with both coarse, medium and fine-grained specimens amongst the samples. Equally important is the observation that pegmatite occurrences were found within both pelitic schists and granitic contact settings which is identical to the neighbouring Yinnietharra Lithium discovery and alludes to significant lithium scale potential across the prospective 22 km Volta corridor. Voltaic Strategic Resources Limited Provides an Update on its Ti Tree Project Voltaic Strategic Resources Limited provided an update on its Ti Tree project, located in the Gascoyne region of Western Australia. Following the prior identification of a 22 km cumulative strike length prospective lithium-caesium-tantalum (LCT) corridor, Voltaic is highly encouraged by further interpretative analysis of both hyperspectral ASTER and LANSAT satellite imagery that has generated several priority targets. A hyperspectral remote sensing (HRS) survey was undertaken in March 2022. Known LCT occurrences were used to characterise the spectral signature of potential lithium occurrences within the area. Multiple HRS targets have been interpreted to display highly analogous signatures to the adjacent Red Dirt Metals Yinnietharra/Malinda lithium discovery, where visual spodumene is currently being encountered in diamond drillholes. Early indicators are alluding to significant lithium scale potential at Yinnietharra through both the frequency of spodumene occurrences observed and the width of the pegmatite bodies drilled thus far. Additionally, several perceived outcropping pegmatite swarms have been identified from LANSAT satellite imagery within the anomalous HRS target zone, which provides extra credence to the prospectivity for fertile LCT pegmatites at Ti Tree. A satellite image from priority target TT16 is provided in Figure 3 below, displaying an interpreted swarm of pegmatite outcrops. Drill Planning at Ti Tree South A preliminary shallow drill campaign is planned to commence in December 2022, whereby the aim is to test the extent of LCT anomalism within this area utilising wide-spaced gridlines and screen other targetareas of interest. An auger vacuum (AV) drill rig will be used for this program. An AV rig is a highly effective and efficient tool for expeditious geochemical vectoring as it: allows large areas of clay-hosted cover to be drill-tested in short timeframes; it is highly mobile (tractor mounted) and suited to areas with challenging logistical access; it is significantly less costly per meter drilled compared to other drill methods, such as reverse circulation (RC) or diamond drilling (DD); It produces an extremely clean sample with minimal cross-contamination from adjacent areas; it has a very low environmental impact.The AV rig is limited to areas with low moisture content and to depths less than approximately 45 m. Drilling enables pegmatite fractionation modelling and vectoring towards high tenure mineralisation, which allows subsequent deeper RC or DD drilling campaigns to be much more targeted and efficient. Ti Tree Project (EL 09/2503, ELA 09/2522, ELA 09/2470) Ti Tree resides within an interpreted prospective corridor of LCT-bearing pegmatites (the `Volta' corridor), which contains the Yinnietharra/Malinda lithium discovery, and is underlain by the Thirty-Three Supersuite (TTS) a belt of plutons comprised primarily of granitoids (see Figure 1 above). Fertile LCT pegmatites in the region have been observed to lie within ~05 km of source granite intrusions and appear controlled by both faults within the host metasediments and fractionation. Voltaic would like to acknowledge Segue Resources' pioneering work in demonstrating the fertility of the TTS for lithiumbearing minerals and how the fractionation within it is comparable to worldclass lithium deposits such as Pilgangoora and Tanco. The Volta corridor is interpreted to extend at least 80 km in a NW-SE orientation, underlying both the Yinnietharra Lithium discovery and Voltaic's tenure at Ti Tree North (ELA 09/2522) and Ti Tree South (EL 09/2503, ELA 09/2470). Data compilation has identified a cumulative strike length of at least 22 km of this prospective area within Ti Tree (6km `Volta1' target within Ti Tree South; 16km `Volta2' target within Ti Tree North). Several pegmatite occurrences have been identified within the project area to date with only a small portion of the tenure explored by Voltaic. Moreover, the frequency of fractionated/altered felsic rocks observed is encouraging, with several coarse-grained pegmatites, tourmaline, and beryl widespread throughout the tenure. Eighty (80) rockchip samples were collected from granted tenement E09/2503 during October and are currently undergoing multi-element analysis, the results of which are expected mid-December 2022. Furthermore, additional `ground truthing (rockchip sampling and geological mapping) will occur this week, targeting priority ASTER target areas within E09/2503 and establishing logistics for the upcoming shallow drill campaign. UPCOMING EXPLORATION AT TI TREE: A preliminary shallow drill campaign is planned to commence in mid-December 2022. Additional activities planned for Fourth Quarter 2022/Q1 2023 exploration include the acquisition of enhanced radiometric /magnetics imagery data and supporting field activities to advance targets. A promising number ofironstone /calcsilicate outcrops have been discovered in the field, which are prospect ive for REEs, and extensive (78) rockchip samples have been collected across priority target zones and have been submitted for analysis. REEs have been confirmed at the Paddys Well `CSZ1' target and a 16 km prospective corridor delineated, with planning underway for a shallow drill campaign to commence before the end of the year. The primary aim of this campaign is to confirm and delineate the extent of the REE anomalism already identified at Paddys Well, and to screen other target areas of interest. Voltaic's immediate focus at "Paddys Well" project is to delineate the extents of the highly prospective"CSZ 1" REE corridor `by targeting: outcropping ferrocarbonatites (ironstones); carbonatite intrusions under cover; and potential oxide supergene mineralisation above interpreted regional structures. A total of 78 rockchips have been collected from a 3 km priority target area to date and these will be used to aid target generation and geological and structural models. A preliminary drill campaign is planned to commence in December 2022 whereby the aim is to: `twin' (the oxide component) of historical Cameco drillhole GAD0004 with anomalous REEs and improve the resolution of composite sampling; test and expand the extent of the REE anomalism within this area utilising wide-spaced gridlines; & screen other key priority target areas of interest. A 22 km cumulative strike length prospective LCT corridor has been identified within the Ti Tree project, and work is underway prioritising shallow drilling and geochemical vectoring programs for target definition within granted tenure. Data compilation has also revealed several regional lithium occurrences proximal to the project and extensive pegmatite fractionation within the project, which is an encouraging hallmark of the nearby Yinnietharra/Malinda lithium discovery, 6 km NW of the Company's `Ti Tree South' tenements. Several pegmatites, ironstone/calcsilicate outcrops have been discovered in the field, which are prospective for lithium and REEs respectively, and extensive (148) rockchip samples have been collected across priority target zones at both Ti Tree and Paddys Well projects, analysis of which is currently underway. A spectral alteration survey utilising LANDSAT and ASTER satellite data was undertaken across the projecttenure in March 2022 to enable rapid mapping of surface mineralogy, targeting LCT pegmatites from surrounding fertile granitoids. It generated 21 priority targets and these are being systematically investigated, with the highest ranked "P1" targets prioritised in the recent field reconnaissance program. Encouragingly, several targets are observed to overlay portions of the prospective `Volta' corridor, and rockchips have been collected from a portion of these to assist lithium vectoring geochemistry. Extensive rockchip sampling was undertaken and these have been submitted for multielement analysis, the results of which are expected in December 2022. Voltaic Strategic Resources Limited Provides an Update on its Gascoyne Ree and Battery Metals Project, Located in Western Australia's Emerging `Critical Minerals' Gascoyne Province Voltaic Strategic Resources Limited provided an update on its Gascoyne REE and Battery Metals Project, located in Western Australia's emerging `critical minerals' Gascoyne province. An ongoing review of historical data within the Company's `Paddys Well' tenement (EL 09/2414) has confirmed multiple REE occurrences within both historical drill core and surface rockchips, extending the Company's interpreted "CSZ 1" target corridor. Historical core was fortuitously found by Voltaic at the `Arthur River Outcamp' during a recent field reconnaissance program. This allows both the historical data to be expeditiously validated and accelerates geological understanding of the area. Moreover, drillcore confirms both oxide and primary REE mineralisation, which warrants follow-up exploration to delineate and extend the mineralised system. Arthur River Outcamp is located within Voltaic's tenement ELA 09/2669 (`West Well'), which is adjacent to `Paddys Well' (EL 09/2414) (location of historical holes). The Company is extremely encouraged by these historical results as: have confirmed the presence of oxide and primary REEs from uranium-focused historical data; Regional compilation continues to confirm widespread anomalous REE occurrences; have added a significant further 16 km strike extent to Kingfisher Mining's recently identified 54 km prospective REE corridor. Moreover, the high MREO:TREO ratio observed suggests that the source of REEs is analogous to those recently found by neighbouring companies Kingfisher Mining Limited and Dreadnought Resources Limited and provides insight into the calibre of MREO distribution for the entire Gascoyne region. REE's are vital to modern civilisation and have a huge range of industrial and technology uses including: aerospace, mobile phones, computers, magnets, alloys, ceramics and military defence technology. `Magnet' REE's are critically important for the low carbon energy transition whereby neodymium-iron-boron (NdFeB) magnets, are the strongest commercially available and provide a host of benefits to existing and emerging technologies, including electric vehicle motors and wind turbines. NdFeB technologies enable the construction of higher-capacity, more efficient wind turbines with reduced maintenance costs and the manufacture of more efficient, more powerful and lighter-weight motors in electric vehicles. Voltaic's immediate focus at "Paddys Well" project is to delineate the extents of the highly prospective `CSZ 1' corridor by targeting: outcropping ferrocarbonatites (ironstones); carbonatite intrusions under cover; and potential oxide supergene mineralisation above interpreted regional structures. Planned Fourth Quarter 2022 exploration aims to generate and refine drill targets through the acquisition of radiometrics /magnetics /ASTER satellite imagery data, and supporting field activities to advance these targets. Similar activities are planned for other Gascoyne project "Ti Tree", where are targeting lithium and REEs. Work on other active projects (Bundie Bore and Cue) will include review and compilation of historical data, field reconnaissance mapping and sampling, and target generation. Voltaic continues to be actively involved with the identification of further prospective tenure in the region. During 1999 and 2000, Cameco Australia Pty Ltd. (Cameco) explored the tenement for unconformity-related uranium mineralisation and completed six (6) diamond holes for a total of 1274.3 m (Reference (WAMEX REPORT A61566). These holes were a follow-up to prior exploration undertaken by PNC Exploration (Australia) Pty Ltd. (PNC) from 1992-1996 targeting basement-hosted uranium mineralisation, and drilled eleven (11) shallow percussion holes within the Paddys Well tenement area. Most holes overlay a major ESE-WNW mylonitic shear zone (Chalba Shear Zone (CSZ)) that is interpreted to be a fertile conduit for REE mineralisation in the region. Kingfisher Mining Ltd.'s Micks Well REE discovery is approximately 25km SE of Voltaic's Paddys Well project and has produced highly anomalous REE drill results to date including 5m @ 3.45% TREO with 0.65% NdPr, incl. 3m @ 5.21% TREO with 0.98% NdPr, and rockchips with up to 40% TREO. Mineralisation at Mick Well is associated with a carbonate complex consisting of carbonatite intrusions and dykes within amphibolites, gneiss and ultramafic rocks. Moreover, Kingfisher have identified a prospective structural corridor of over 50km of strike that overlays the CSZ and extends into Voltaic's tenure, as confirmed by the historical drill results. The Gascoyne region has attracted global attention recently with the Yangibana REE project (owned by Hastings Technology Metals Ltd, which is considered strategically important due to its high proportion of neodymium and praseodymium in the TREO matrix, and its amenability to economic extraction. REE discoveries in the Gascoyne area, such as Yangibana, are associated with ironstone (weathered ferrocarbonatite) host rocks whereby weathering has enriched the REEs in situ. Yangibana is approximately 100km NE from Paddys Well and contains widespread occurrence of ironstone dykes that are spatially associated with the ferrocarbonatite intrusions. Numerous occurrences of outcropping ironstone rocks have been reported within the Paddys Well project area.
