Native Mineral Resources Holdings Limited Confirms Shallow, High-Grade Gold Mineralisation At Blackjack Gold Project, North Queensland Native Mineral Resources Holdings Limited announced further assay results from the diamond drilling program at its Blackjack Gold Project, QLD. NMR is completing a series of twin holes to previous drilling to confirm the reliability of the historic drilling to JORC 2012 standards, after a review by MEC Mining indicated the presence of gold mineralisation within 50m of surface at Blackjack. Further to previous announcements, the assays received from Blackjack drilling continue to support the initial comparisons between the historic drillholes and NMR's diamond holes and are demonstrating results that are better than the original historic drilling, reinforcing NMR's belief that the historically defined gold mineralisation at Blackjack is being successfully replicated by the current drilling. The current drill holes are twins of historic holes, however are not complete replications of the original holes. NMR is expecting to see corresponding patterns of mineralisation, rather than exact matches in depth, grade and intercept length. The drilling is adjacent to Blackjack's three existing oxide pits . These pits were previously mined for oxide material in the 1980s, with the deepest pit only 25m deep. However, no accurate and complete records for previous mining or processing of the oxide material, which was heap leached onsite, are available. Analysis of the results from the two holes completed demonstrate that the gold mineralisation is associated with narrow quartz veins in altered granites and appears to be nuggetty in nature. Comparison to the historic drillholes, all of which were Reverse Circulation (RC) drillholes, has demonstrated a good correlation between the original hole and NMR's hole, though there is some variance in the width of the intercept and the grade of the mineralised zones, partly due to different drilling technique and the nuggety nature of the gold mineralisation. BJD212 shows a 1.33m intercept averaging 0.60/t Au from 33m against its twin hole 99BJRC139, which returned a 3m intercept averaging 8.99g/t Au from 30m and is based on a 1m intercept of 26g/t Au (Figure 2). BJD212 also has a peak in gold grade from 52 metres, with an intercept of 3m @ 8.51g/t Au (with a peak of 0.2m @ 108.0g/t Au). This corresponds to hole 99BJRC139's last assay of 1m @ 6.80g/t Au from 53m, demonstrating a good correlation between the historic data and NMR's assay results. The comparison between BJD213 and 99BJRC140 shows both holes having a small intercept of 1m @ 0.66g/t Au from 27m though 99BJRC140 also has 1m @ 1.00g/t Au from 31m, which is not reflected in BJD213 (Figure 3). BJD213 has an intercept of 1m @ 1.62g/t Au from 47m that is based on a 0.1m quartz vein that assays 14.10g/t Au from 47.3m, which aligns with 99BJRC140's 1m & 18.50g/t Au from 48m. The two intercepts show very good correlation between the two holes. The above historical results are exploration results collected by Citigold between approximately 1980 to 1999 and have previously been announced by Native Mineral Resources. Native Mineral Resources Holdings Limited Announces Assays Confirm Significant Gold Target at Maneater Hil Native Mineral Resources Holdings Limited reported that the complete set of gold assays for diamond drill hole MPD003 have now been received from ALS Global, and all assays are now finalised for the Company's Maneater Hill polymetallic sulphide breccia Prospect in North Queensland. NMR reported that the latest gold assays have further highlighted the significant gold mineralisation contained within the polymetallic hydrothermal breccia. Importantly, results from MPDOO3 considerably improve NMR's understanding of the sub-surface shape of the target breccia and demonstrate the high-grade gold mineralisation located at the base of the Maneater Hill breccia, but above ground level. Accordingly, NMR will be completing geophysical surveying prior to planning the next phase of drilling to constrain the interpreted sub-surface tilt of the sulphide zone. It should be noted that MPD002 was terminated before reaching its target depth due to technical issues (refer to ASX announcement 12 December 2022) and that MPD003 was drilled at a shallower dip to MPD002, to confirm the interpreted >500m lateral continuation of the breccia inferred from surface mapping. Drill hole MPD003 was completed at the end of November 2022 with a total depth of 543.3m. The drill hole was terminated once the sulphide content dropped due to the drill hole entering a zone dominated by low-grade meta- sandstones. The grade at the end of the hole remains relatively high with a 40m section near the end of the hole (500m-540m) averaging 0.33% Zn, and NMR consider the hole to be open at depth. It should be noted that while MPD003 is collared at 705mRL, a significant part of the hole is in the Maneater Hill and the mineralised section at the hill is located at a depth comparable to the plain below the hill. Note that the access track shown in green in Figure 1, continues further down into the valley allowing potential access to any mineralisation via underground or open pit mining methods. The host rocks surrounding the main mineralised breccia complex at Maneater exhibit varying degrees hydrothermally altered sandstones and mudstones. The low-grade metamorphosed sandstones are relatively homogeneous in drill core, but the mudstones are heavily brecciated and contain the majority of sulphides and other associated infill minerals including, but not limited to, wollastonite and quartz. The timing of the brecciation relative to hydrothermal alteration and multi-phase mineralisation is still being unravelled, however, a general characteristic of the mineralised breccia pipe is the preference for sulphides, particularly massive and semi-massive zones of pyrite and sphalerite to form within the brecciated mudstones. The additional gold assay results obtained for MPD003, add to the confidence in the interpreted metal zoning model for the Maneater Breccia. Based on all of the results obtained so far, NMR is confident that future drilling will be able to target the inferred higher-grade (Au, Cu) core of the system. Native Mineral Resources Holdings Limited Announces Results At Maneater Hill Confirm Large Breccia System Native Mineral Resources Holdings Limited reported the first round of assay and geochemical results from diamond drill hole MPD002 completed at the Company's Maneater polymetallic sulfide breccia Prospect in North Queensland. Importantly, drilling has confirmed the polymetallic nature of the hydrothermal breccia with grades reaching values predicted for the depth of drilling. The identification of sulfides in over 370m of drill core, confirmation of silver, gold, lead, zinc, and antimony and the additional confirmation of increasing grade with depth have given NMR the confidence to continue its exploration at the Maneater Prospect. MPD002 was terminated at a depth of 477.6m, short of the intended target depth of approximately 700m due to technical difficulties, however, the second diamond hole MPD003 has been recently completed to a depth of 543m. Assays from MPD003 are expected early in the new year. Planning for a third diamond hole (MPD004) to test the deeper part of the breccia to the north in First Quarter 2023 is well advanced. Drill hole MPD002 was completed in November of 2022 (77-78 degree dip towards 300 magnetic N) with a total EOH depth of 477.6m. The drill hole was terminated early due to ongoing complications associated with maintaining the dip and orientation of the hole. Assays and geochemistry have been completed on 1-meter sections of ½ core samples for a total of 343 samples. Drill core is HQ diameter. Owing to the meter-by-meter sampling, the drill core samples contain a variety of sulfide types and abundance and provide a good overview of the bulk composition of the upper part of the breccia pipe between the surface and -450m below the collar depth (total hole length is 477.6m). The host rocks surrounding the main mineralised breccia complex at Maneater exhibit varying degrees hydrothermally altered sandstones and mudstones. The rocks have been classified as being part of the widespread late Devonian Hodgkinson Province. The low-grade metamorphosed sandstones are relatively homogeneous in drill core, but the mudstones contain are heavily brecciated and contain the majority of sulfides and other associated infill minerals including, but not limited to, wollastonite and quartz. The timing of the brecciation relative to hydrothermal alteration and multi-phase mineralisation is still being unravelled, however, a general characteristic of the mineralised breccia pipe is the preference for sulfides, particularly massive and semi-massive zones of pyrite and sphalerite to form within the brecciated mudstones. Key highlights from the initial 343 samples are: 3 one-meter samples at over 1% Zn and up to 1.7% Zn; 7 one-meter samples over 0.1ppm Au and up to 2.14ppm Au; 7 one-meter sections of core returning over 0.5% Zinc (Zn) and 49 one-meter samples over 0.1% Zn; 18 one-meter samples returning over 500ppm Antimony (Sb) with grades of up to 0.469% (4690ppm) Sb; 28 one-meter samples returning over 10ppm (g/t) Silver (Ag) with grades up to 57.1ppm; 22 one-meter samples returning over 1000ppm Lead (Pb) and up to 0.753% Pb; 7 one-meter samples returning over 500 ppm Copper (Cu) with grades up to 0.3% (3490ppm) Cu. Native Mineral Resources Holdings Limited Provides the Results from its Initial Sampling Program of the HELIOS_DDH001 Diamond Drill Core Native Mineral Resources Holdings Limited provides the results from its initial sampling program of the HELIOS_DDH001 diamond drill core. NMR has recently completed drilling the gravity anomaly at the Helios Project in WA and this announcement is a presentation of the key geochemical results obtained from the first 122 drill core samples from HELIOS_DDH001. NMR is awaiting further assays and geochemistry from diamond drill hole HELIOS_DDH002. NMR's technical team views the results as further confirmation that drilling has intersected a large alteration halo potentially linked to a nearby IOCG- type mineral occurrence in the Northern Nullarbor region of WA. The Helios target is closer to the giant IOCG deposits of Olympic Dam and Prominent Hill than it is to the closest capital city of Perth and only 350 kilometers west of the known limits of the famous IOCG-bearing Gawler Craton. The potentially mineralised basement rocks of the Madura province are entirely buried under cover therefore exploration in this region has previously been limited. NMR are forging a new path for exploration in the region and have now completed two diamond drill holes totaling over 1520m. Drilling has revealed, for the first time in Western Australia, a significant IOCG-style alteration halo extending for at least 1000m between the two diamond holes. The discovery is significant as it proves that the previously underexplored terrain may be host to major IOCG-type deposits. Drilling targeted a magnetic and gravity high interpreted to be located on the margin of a granite-dominated crustal domain in a similar setting to the famous Olympic Dam IOCG deposit. The magnetic modelling indicated two high- priority pipe-like structured plunging to the North-west with susceptibilities of 0.17 and 0.2 SI. Modelling of the gravity data indicated a N-S trending sub-horizontal body sitting to the east of the magnetic targets with modelled density of up to 3.3g/cm3. Drill hole HELIOS_DDH001 targeted the NW-plunging magnetic body to a total drill hole depth of 500m. Drilling stopped within the altered, hematite-rich rocks primarily due to the difficulty associated with drilling using a small diamond drill rig. Prior to NMR obtaining the exploration permit, no other company had actively explored the region and no drilling has been completed on the tenement. Drilling intersected basement rocks at 114.7m down hole. The drill hole was oriented at a dip of -80 degrees towards the east (090) magnetic. The end of hole is at 500.19m. The rocks overlying the basement are a combination of grey siltstones and mudstones with intercalated limestones. The upper part of the drill hole is dominated by an equigranular tonalite with high magnetite content. The tonalite-granodiorite preserves a weak- to strong-foliation with increasing depth to approximately 309m down hole depth. Below this depth, the tectonic fabric is variably developed but generally weaker near the EOH. Mylonitic fabrics are localised but, due to the small diameter of NQ drill core, no lineation was observed and is an interpretation based on textural features. Felsic breccias are locally cut across the host granite. The breccias exhibit significant hematite staining and hematite and/or magnetite replacement of groundmass. Alteration intensity is domainal but generally increases with depth down hole. The predominant alteration is hematite as either hematite replacing ground mass or as intense red staining of the granite and felsic breccias. In both cases, the discoloration of the host rocks is evident by visual observation alone. The most interesting and pervasive zone of alteration exists between 309.8m and 319m. The results from drilling of the basement rocks under cover at the Helios project have provided the evidence necessaryto support ongoing exploration of IOCG mineralisation. Listed below are key criteria discovered in drilling including 122 samples ranging from 0.1 to 0.59m in length with an average length of 0.25m. The average mass of the samples was 679 grams. All core was ½ NQ core and sent to SGS labs in western Australia for multielement analysis including but not limited to fire assay, ICP-MS, and ICP-AES. The sampling was completed in two batches which resulted in not all samples receiving the same suite of element analysis. Key elements such as Fe, Cu, U were obtained for all samples and some of the results are presented below. The best copper assay returned 211 ppm Cu (sample #DH084 414.6-414.8m) and 100ppm Cu (Sample #DH055 258.6- 258.8m). Sample #DH084 also contained the highest Cobalt (57ppm Co) and highest sulfur (11,100ppm S) suggesting the presence of sulfides within the sample. Background copper values for samples of altered and unaltered granite were generally around 50ppm to 0ppm Cu (average 38ppm Cu). A defining characteristic of the rocks recovered from drilling is the very high Fe content which is consistently over 50,000ppm (av. 60,124ppm Fe) and up to 116,000ppm Fe in samples #DH106. The results obtained so far from the drilling at Helios meet many key criteria (presented in bold text) used for characterising regions prospective for IOCG-type deposits defined by Skirrow et al., (2019) and/or observed at other IOCG deposits. 1) Elevated Uranium above background. Uranium concentrations in the drill core vary from less than 2ppm to over 80ppm in heavily altered sections. The average concentration in the core is 11.2ppm but this includes the section of core containing higher than background values between 311m-319m down hole. If the anomalous zone is removed, the background average for Uranium concentration is only 7.5ppm. Accordingly, values of over 70ppm in the approximately nine-meter intercept width present a significant increase above background levels. 2) Elevated values of uranium coincident with significant elevations in iron content over the same interval. The values confirm observations in the drill core which show intense hematite staining and hematite replacing the granite groundmass. High iron and uranium are indicative of IOCG mineralisation and a positive indicator for potential ore-forming fluids. NMR recognises the significance of Uranium and iron enrichment relative to the existing host rocks, but the degree of alteration observed, combined with the elevated concentration of U and Fe and the replacement of groundmass by hematite support targeting criteria for IOCG deposits. Initial observations (current hole depth is 120m) confirm the presence of sulfides including pyrite together with, sphalerite, galena and chalcopyrite infilling breccia fragments, the same as observed in MPD002. MPD003 is designed to intersect the target near its interpreted south-western margin - results so far indicate that sulfides extend further than expected from previously identified breccias in MPD001 and MPD002. MPD002 terminated in sandstone displaying disseminated sulfides, localized pyrite + chalcopyrite-bearing quartz veins, and pervasive alteration therefore the mineralisation remains open at depth. MPD003 has also intercepted the same heavily altered felsic intrusive, similar to other breccia deposits in north-east QLD such as Mt Leyshon (~100 t Au @ ~1.4g/t (Allan et al., 2011)). Drilling to date has revealed further intercepts of polymetallic (Fe-Zn-Cu-Pb-Ag) sulphide-bearing breccias as well as a heavily altered (phyllic) felsic intrusive which is further positive news for the company as it drills towards the deeper target core of the target. NMR is completing a 700m-deep (planned EOH) diamond drill hole into the core of the polymetallic sulfide-bearing breccia pipe referred to as Maneater Hill or Maneater Peak (exploration permit EPM28038). Current drilling is at 360m down-hole depth at the time of writing. The edge of the breccia was intercepted at approximately 200m down hole and was approximately co-incident with the intersection of the altered felsic intrusive (interpreted at this early stage as a fine-grained quartz porphyry). The intercept of further massive, semi-massive and disseminated sulfides and altered, pyrite-bearing intrusion is an exciting development. The intrusion is an important part of the breccia story as they typically form a part of the mineralising system and therefore represent a key ingredient for breccia pipe-types deposits in other parts of Queensland. The altered intrusion is also strong evidence in support of the interpretation that the breccia is a magmatic-related hydrothermal system, which also helps account for the pervasive alteration throughout the rocks drilled to date. Ongoing visual observation of the drill core are continuing to confirm that the sulfide intersections are predominantly pyrite together with other key mineral phases including locally abundant sphalerite (zinc-sulfide), chalcopyrite (copper-sulfide), galena (lead-sulfide), stibnite (antimony sulfide) and are present. In addition, sphalerite and pyrite are also present in quartz-carbonate veining in the surrounding low-grade metasedimentary country rocks. Drilling to date has revealed an intercept of almost 9m of massive and semi-massive sulfides between approximately 107m and 116m down hole. This exciting intercept is separate to the main breccia pipe which is anticipated at 170m down-hole. The results obtained so far provide an initial visual confirmation that the target is a sulfide-rich breccia pipe similar to other mineralised breccia pipes in North Queensland. NMR is completing a 700m-deep (planned EOH) diamond drill hole into the core of the polymetallic sulfide-bearing breccia pipe referred to as Maneater Hill or Maneater Peak (exploration permit EPM28038). Current drilling is at 134m down-hole depth at the time of writing. The anticipated intercept of the main breccia body is at approximately 170m down-hole depth. The intercept of massive, semi-massive and disseminated sulfides at 107- 116m depth is an exciting early development and has demonstrated to the company that the target is a genuine, sulfide-rich breccia system. Initial visual observation of the drill core demonstrates that the sulfide intersections are predominantly pyrite, but other sulfide phases including sphalerite are present. Sphalerite is also present in quartz-carbonate veining in the surrounding low-grade metasedimentary country rocks. Drill core between 116m and current end-of-hole has revealed heavily altered metasediments of the Hodgkinson province with quartz-carbonate veining. Current drilling MPD002 is oriented towards approximately 285 (magnetic) and dipping at 74 degrees with the aim of intersecting the deeper portions of the breccia mapped at surface and identified in historical drill hole MPD001 completed in 1995. The current intercept represents a new mineralised portion of the breccia at shallow levels. MANEATER BRECCIA, QLD (EPM 28038): The principal target is a mineralised breccia pipe located approximately 100km west of Cairns and 35km northeast of the established mining town of Chillagoe in Northern Queensland. The Maneater Hill Breccia is a proven sulfide-bearing, intrusion-related breccia pipe which occurs as a significant topographic high (Maneater Hill) centrally located within the tenement. Existing information on the breccia pipe points towards a high potential for breccia-hosted copper and gold mineralisation below the predominantly silver, lead and zinc mineralisation identified near surface and in a single diamond drill hole completed in 1995. Existing assays from historical drilling include silver grades of up to 15.8ppm Ag, copper grades up to 1810ppm Cu, Zinc grades of up to 9330ppm Zn, up to 10ppm Mo, and increasing gold grades up to 0.05ppm Au. The planned 700m diamond drill hole will be used to test the inferred zone of mineralisation below the current shallow level of drilling. Previous Exploration: A review of existing data, and a comparison of this data with other similar, and recently mined breccia-hosted mineral deposits including the >1 Moz Au Mt Wright breccia pipe (previously owned and operated by Resolute Mining Limited) suggests that the high lead, zinc and silver grades, together with relatively low copper and gold grades with sericite and silica alteration, that the current level of exposure may be above the zone of copper-gold mineralisation. The breccia pipe forms a prominent topographic high (Maneater Hill), with both breccia and mineralisation present at the surface. Features of significance reported by previous explorers Rock chip samples from a vein adjacent to the breccia pipe of 2.05g/t Au and 65g/t Ag (sample number s40208; Stevens-Hoare & Robinson 1985). Rock chip samples from the southern side of the breccia pipe exhibit grades of 1.21 g/t Au and 640 g/t Ag (Bresser, 1996). Other samples returning grades of 14.9% Pb (Sample number s40266) and 9.45% Pb (Sample number s40017; Stevens-Hoare & Robinson 1985). Significant observations reported in diamond drill hole log (*note that the diamond drill hole was oriented to 285 degrees at a dip of -50 to 53O, across the vertical mineralised breccia pipe). Native Mineral Resources Holdings Limited Provides an Update on Drilling Operations At the Company's 100%-Owned Helios Project, Located in the Nullarbor Region of Western Australia Native Mineral Resources Holdings Limited provided an update on drilling operations at the Company's 100%-owned Helios Project, located in the Nullarbor region of Western Australia. NMR reports that the Helios_DDH002 EIS co-funded drill hole has been completed to a total depth of 1020.3m, with initial observations from this drill hole confirming the presence of further pervasive, hematite-dominated IOCG-style alteration system. The following announcement provides representative photos of the drill core recovered from between 850m depth and the EOH at 1020.3m depth. Diamond drill core is being prepared for sampling and assay with initial results expected in October. The results from the two diamond drill holes completed at Helios are considered by NMR to be a phenomenal result with the identification of a hematite-dominated alterations system. The results from the first Helios_DDH001 drill hole indicate the presence of an IOCG target but this has now been backed up by the intense alteration also identified in the EIS co-funded drill hole Helios_DDH002. NMR have now proven alteration in drill core located over 900m apart indicating that the alteration system is even larger than first considered. Diamond drill hole HELIOS_DDH002 was terminated at a total depth of 1020.3m which is one of the deepest drill holes ever completed in this truly frontier region of Australia. The initial identification of alteration is a ground-breaking result for a terrane/geological province (Madura Province) with very little previous drilling. Initial visual inspection of drill core has revealed the presence of multiphase alteration including minerals hematite, magnetite, pyrite, biotite, chlorite, sericite. First-pass observations and interpreted alteration paragenesis indicate that locally potassic alteration and magnetite alteration is followed by hematite, hematite-pyrite, and pyrite-quartz- magnetite veins. Detailed petrography will be completed in order to confirm the field observations. The observations presented here and in previous updates from the Helios project help support similarities with other well-studied and documented occurrences of IOCG alteration, in particular, Ernest Henry located in Northern Queensland. NMR has been granted three tenements in the Nullarbor region of SE Western Australia(E69/3849, E69/3850 and E69/3852) (Figure 5). The three tenements are located over potential iron-oxide copper-gold (IOCG)- and porphyry- style mineralisation. As reported on 16th May and 2022, NMR completed its maiden diamond drilling program at the Helios Project and intersected what the company considers to be significant IOCG-style alteration including felsic breccias with hematite, magnetite, and pervasive hematite alteration of host granites. A common signature or "fingerprint" of IOCG systems is the close association between magnetic highs and gravity highs. Deposits such as Ernest Henry, Prominent Hill, and Brumby are examples where this correlation is observed. As described above, NMR is targeting the central gravity high derived from the modelling of a ground-based gravity survey over the Helios project area. NMR have just completed drilling its second diamond drill hole. Native Mineral Resources Holdings Limited Announces Second Diamond Drill Hole Presence of Further Pervasive Iocg-Style Alteration Footprint Native Mineral Resources Holdings Limited announced that a second diamond drill hole has confirmed the presence of further pervasive IOCG-style alteration footprint at its 100%-owned Helios Project, located in the Nullarbor region of Western Australia. Drill hole HELIOS_DDH002 will now continue drilling to 1,000m to test the deeper extent of the alteration and to target the potential copper and gold mineralisation typically associated with similar systems such as Ernest HenryIOCG. NMR have already obtained positive results from forward modelling of its high-resolution drone-based magnetics data and, based on these findings, has completed a single diamond drill hole to a depth of 500m. Following the completion of Helios_DDH001, NMR undertook a detailed ground gravity survey. The results revealed a gravity high to the west of the magnetic high and structurally above the west-plunging C1 and C2 magnetic modelled bodies. Native Mineral Resources Holdings Limited Announces Diamond Drilling At Central Iocg Target Native Mineral Resources Holdings Limited announced the completion of its maiden diamond drill hole at the Central IOCG target (E69-3850) located within the Company's Helios Project in the Nullarbor region of Western Australia. Diamond hole DDHC_003 was completed to a depth of 551.4m to test a magnetic anomaly identified in regional and drone-magnetics . Encouragingly, initial observations recorded by NMR's technical team confirm the presence of hydrothermal alteration. The drill core is being prepared for assay and the first results are expected to be reported later this quarter. The Central Target was discovered using the geophysical criteria that have led to the discovery of other IOCG-style deposits, particularly those in South Australia. NMR's drone-based magnetic survey has confirmed the presence of a significant anomaly - 1,200m long and 400m wide - with a relative peak of over 760nT . The high magnetic anomaly lies directly above a well-defined zone of low resistivity imaged in the results from the regional Magentotelluric survey transect that passes directly along the northern boundary of the tenement. The southern and central tenement E69/3849 and E69/3850 were acquired to enable NMR to explore two geophysical anomalies identified as potential indicators of IOCG-style mineralisation. The distinctive anomalies identified in the magnetics are within proximity to a distinctive zone of relatively low resistivity identified in a regional Magnetotelluric (MT) geophysical survey. The target on E69/3850 lies in a setting similar to the Olympic Dam Deposit which also lies above relatively low resistivity zones defined in the MT, referred to in the Olympic Dam setting as the "Fingers of God". The `basement' was intersected at 424.2m. First pass observations indicate a mixture of altered intrusive rocks, green- and red-altered country rocks and localised disseminated sulfides. The alteration is multiphase and varies in chemistry with each phase. Of note is the presence of hematite, epidote, sericite and chlorite alteration as well as possible actinolite and biotite alteration in parts of the core. Localised granitic rocks also exhibit potassic, hematite and magnetite alteration. Pyrite is also present. The hydrothermal overprint is multiphase and varies in composition with each phase. The core is being prepared for cutting and assaying and more detailed observations will be made with confirmation of possible mineralisation in the near future. Native Mineral Resources Holdings Limited Announces Gravity Survey to Begin At Helios IOCG-Style Alteration Native Mineral Resources Holdings Limited announced that it is continuing to fast-track its targeting of IOCG-style mineralisation at its 100%-owned Helios Project, located in the Nullarbor region of Western Australia. NMR has engaged a third-party contractor to complete the gravity survey which is planned to begin this week. The results will be used to pinpoint the location of its second diamond drill hole in the area following the identification of IOCG-style hematite and magnetite alteration in drill hole HELIOS_DDH001. The alternation identified to date has strong similarities to large IOCG systems such as the Ernest Henry deposit. As a result, NMR is now focused on locating the potential for copper and gold mineralisation associated with such alteration. As reported on 16th May 2022, NMR completed its maiden diamond drilling program at the Helios Project and intersected what the company considers to be significant IOCG-style alteration including felsic breccias with hematite, magnetite, and pervasive hematite alteration of host granites. A common signature or "fingerprint" of IOCG systems is the close association between magnetic highs and gravity highs (e.g. Austin and Foss, 2012). Deposits such as Ernest Henry, Prominent Hill, and Brumby are examples where this correlation is observed. NMR is planning to complete the gravity survey to help delineate areas of increased density typically associated with mineralisation within these systems. Based on existing, low-resolution regional gravity data, the density anomaly may be at depth or along strike from the existing drill hole. NMR has already completed a drone-based magnetics survey over the area prior to the drilling of HELIOS_DDH001. The magnetics data was fundamental to the planning of the drill hole as the modelling highlighted a target magnetic body with a susceptibility value of 0.17 SI units. Drilling did not reach a higher magnetic body (0.2 SI) modelled at slightly greater depths. A combination of magnetics and gravity is considered by NMR as critical information to help refine and guide future drilling. The second diamond drill hole at Helios is supported by a $220,000 Exploration Incentive Scheme (EIS) grant. The key observations from recent drilling include: Felsic breccias are present throughout the drill core containing hematite alteration and both magnetite and hematite are present within the groundmass. The felsic breccias cut across the altered igneous intrusives including diorite, and quartz-diorite host rocks. Magnetite is abundant (up to 10-12%) in the groundmass of the intrusive host rocks. increasing hematite alteration is present as red-staining of breccia fragments and host igneous minerals and/or disseminated clusters or disseminated groundmass in the host igneous rock. Pyrite occurs as disseminated grains throughout the matrix or as small, centimeter-scale patches within the host igneous rock and within the hematite-dominated breccia matrix. The central magnetic anomaly at Helios is approximately 2 km long x 1 km wide, comparable in size to the magnetic anomaly associated with other IOCG deposits such as Ernest Henry. The identification of potential IOCG-style alteration is significant. NMR has been unable to find any previous documentation of pervasive hematite alteration or indication of IOCG mineralisation in any other open-file drill reports for this area of the Nullarbor, therefore, this drill hole represents a major advance in the potential prospectivity of the region. Drill hole HELIOS_DDH001 intentionally targeted the upper 500m to test the basement for rock type and for the potential of mineralisation. The drilling successfully identified hematite and magnetite, which is likely to account for at least part of the magnetic anomaly observed at the surface. Drilling did not extend into the C2 body which exhibits higher modelled magnetic susceptibility (0.2 SI). The intensity of alteration increases with depth. NMR will complete a second drill hole following the completion of the gravity survey and as part of the DMIRS-funded EIS grant. Drilling has revealed that the rocks are indeed magnetite bearing as modelled, however, the alteration and results obtained are more indicative of the alteration style(s) associated with large IOCG systems like the Olympic Dam and Ernest Henry deposits. Native Mineral Resources Holdings Limited Completes Airborne Geophysical Survey Native Mineral Resources Holdings Limited announced that it has recently completed a high-resolution airborne geophysical survey for a total of 4362-line kilometres at a 25m line spacing and 25m sensor height. This new dataset has been reviewed in context of existing information from the region and at least eight (8) new target areas have been identified for an immediate follow-up sampling campaign. The principal aim of the survey was to help NMR interpret the potential presence and extent of previously inferred greenstones (igneous mafic volcanics) at several locations on the tenement, but with a particular focus on the southern edge where previous exploration has not been carried out. The survey was successfully completed by professional geophysical acquisition company MagSpec Airborne Surveys Pty Ltd. The target rocks at Arcoona are referred to collectively as "Greenstones". NMR will be targeting mineralisation associated with the greenstones as well as the structures that penetrate from the greenstones into the adjacent monzogranite. The greenstones include variably metamorphosed Archean age intrusive mafic (basalt) volcanics. In the eastern Yilgarn, the term greenstones can include multiple geochemical variations of mafic rock and are host to numerous gold and nickel deposits. At Arcoona, the greenstones are primarily buried under cover, therefore NMR use the term greenstones to include mafic rocks that are likely to contain/exhibit multiple compositional variations and are classified by the Geological Survey of Western Australia (GSWA) as intrusive mafic volcanic unit A-b-YEG on 1:2,000,000 geological maps. NMR plans to identify the major rock types in future drilling. The tenement is also cross- cut by approximately E-W-trending ca. 2408-2401 Ma dykes of the Widgiemooltha dyke swarm. High resolution magnetic data captured in December have been extremely useful in interpreting the under- cover extent of these mafic dykes. Near the eastern margin of the tenement, for example, NMR have recognised the opportunity for potential nickel, copper, PGE and gold mineralisation and will target parts of these dykes in the upcoming survey A high-resolution magnetic survey was completed over the "Arcoona" area (E31/1203) in December of 2021. The survey acquired 4632-line kilometres of magnetic and radiometric data over the region at a line spacing of 25m. The principal flight line direction was 090-270 (E-W) and tie lines flown at 250m spacing oriented 000-180 (N-S). The survey was completed with fixed wing aircraft with a sensor height of 25m. The survey was planned to provide magnetics data at a resolution that was sufficient to pinpoint rock type contacts, rock type variations and potential target areas for follow up field work over the Arcoona project. A principal aim of the airborne magnetic survey was to explore the extent of the NW-trending "finger" of inferred greenstones in the southern part of the tenement. The greenstones appear on some geological maps, but due to extensive cover, their NW-limit was not well constrained. Based on the new, high resolution magnetic data, a region of low magnetic response is observed extending to the NW, and past the eastern termination of the southernmost of the two Widgiemooltha dykes (high magnetic response). NMR interpret this low magnetic zone in the southern part of the tenement as indicative of a finger of greenstones protruding some 5.5 kilometres into the tenement. This contrasts with the original interpretation of low-resolution magnetics by the GSWA which had the greenstones protruding only 2.8 kilometres to the northwest of the tenement boundary This increase in interpreted area increases the exploration opportunities on the tenement. Following the analysis and interpretation of the recently acquired airborne magnetic data and the subsequent identification of over eight new target areas, NMR are focused on sample acquisition in the coming months. Sampling has been planned to cover the major target areas discussed in the body text above. Surface soil sampling will be used to help pinpoint geochemical anomalies below the alluvium. Samples will be assayed, and results will be reviewed after a Relative Threshold Factor (RTF) and scaling is applied to the sample set to allow suitable assessment of the significance of each value relative to environmental and geological setting as well as other samples. NMR had planned for up to 500m but has achieved its aim and will plan to end the diamond hole at 350m diamond drill core will be immediately transported to Kalgoorlie, sampled and samples sent for assay and geochemical analysis. NMR are leveraging the advantage of having the drill rig at the Nullarbor and will therefore start drilling at central as soon as drilling at Helios is complete. Native Mineral Resources Holdings Limited Announces Commencement of Drilling At the Helios Nickel Target in Western Australia Native Mineral Resources Holdings Limited announced that it has secured a drill rig to complete its first drill hole at its Helios nickel target located approximately 200 kilometers northeast of Rawlinna in the Nullarbor region of Western Australia. The confidence to drill the greenfields site has come from extremely positive results obtained during forward modelling of the high-resolution drone-based magnetics recently completed over the Helios target area. The final high-resolution magnetics data and forward modelling is continuing to build on the positive results being obtained from the target area. The magnetic high at the centre of its 100% owned Helios target area is interpreted to be magnetite-bearing magmatic rocks that can be associated with the formation of Ni, Cu, Co, PGE (platinum group elements) deposits such as the Nova-Bollinger deposit in the nearby Frazer Range. The initial identification of the Helios target was aided by emulating selected exploration criteria used to discover Nickel deposits by companies Sirius Resources (now IGO) and Legend Mining. Specifically, targeting eye-shaped features in the Fraser Range to the west. Drilling is planned to commence in March 2022. NMR completed a 50m line spacing drone-based magnetic survey over its Helios Ni target located in SE western Australia. The drone was flown at an elevation of approximately 30m above the ground surface to help refine the magnetic target which, following acquisition and interpretation of the results, has an updated depth of around 125m below the surface. The survey completed a total of 831-line kilometres with the primary flight path oriented 090 (east- west), at high angles to the strike trend of the eye-shaped anomaly. The survey and post-processing of the resulting dataset has assisted NMR in pinpointing a priority drill hole collar location. Specifically, the location of the drill collar has been chosen to consider both the shallowest depth to the basement and the highest magnetic feature modelled below the magnetic high at the surface. NMR is excited about completing the upcoming drill hole as it will represent the very first basement drilling to be completed in this part of the Nullarbor. The drilling will target the well-defined high magnetic zone in the central part of the eye-shaped structure. The peak in magnetic intensity is located toward the north-eastern end of the anomaly. The TMI RTP data exhibit a minimum and maximum value of -246 and 1228 nT. The previously identified magnetic ridges that appear to wrap around the central anomaly have been better defined in the recently acquired data. It is apparent that on the western margin of the survey area that the high magnetic ridge is comprised of two parallel features. The magnetic ridge on the western margin exhibits a higher magnetic intensity than on the eastern side and has a significant magnetic low along its western edge. This magnetic high presents another significant target for NMR. Forward modelling of magnetics results helping to define drill targets: The results obtained form the high-resolution drone magnetics have been forward modelled to assist in pinpointing the best possible drill hole location. Specifically, the forward modelling was used to develop more precise interpretations on the depth to the basement rocks, the depth to the magnetic target and the magnetic susceptibility properties of the target rocks. Native Mineral Resources Holdings Limited Reports the Completion of the Diamond Drilling Programme At Its High-Grade Music Well Gold Project Native Mineral Resources Holdings Limited reported the completion of the diamond drilling programme at its high-grade Music Well Gold Project ("Music Well") located approximately 55 km north of Leonora in the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia. A total of four diamond drill holes for a total of 456.7m have been completed testing the depth and characteristics of the Music Well target vein. NMR has completed core logging and drill core sampling and is expecting to receive the assay and geochemical results over the coming weeks. The four diamond drill holes were completed with the assistance of the Western Australian governments EIS co-funded drilling grant programme announced on 5 May 2021. NMR reported the drilling of four HQ2 diamond drill holes, which commenced on 26 July 2021 (Figure 2), has now been completed. The main target vein has been confirmed in each hole and a new quartz vein and massive sulphide veins have been discovered at 77-96m depth. This second vein was not found at the surface due to shallow cover to the south of the main target vein. In March 2021, NMR carried out its first field visit to the Music Well project area and has, since then, successfully completed surface sampling and mapping of the main target vein. Rock chip assay results of up to 147 g/t Au (NMRMWRC034) and an average gold grade from the vein of over 3.2g/t Au have encouraged NMR to undertake further exploration of the vein. The recently completed four diamond drill holes were aimed at testing the depth extent of the vein. In addition, the drilling was used to determine whether the vein maintains its width of approximately 0.5-1.5m observed at the surface down to approximately 50m depth. The drill holes were planned to extend beyond the target vein intersection to test for other veins located parallel to, but structurally below the target vein. Diamond drill holes MWDDH_001, 002A and 003A were all drilled from the same pad location. Each of the four diamond holes was oriented to optimise the intercept depth and angle with the western, laterally continuous section of the quartz vein at depth (Figure 2). Drill hole MWDDH_004 was "stepped back" to the south-east in order to intercept a section of the vein that is offset to the SE from the main target vein. A compilation and preliminary examination of the drill logs shows that the host rocks are almost entirely granite with only a few mafic dykes and pegmatite veins intercepted over the combined 456m length of drill core. The granite host- rock is intensely weathered between the surface and 55-65m depth down-hole (marked as orange in Figure 2 and Figure 3). Accordingly, the main target vein at approximately 50m down hole occurred exclusively within the highly weathered granite. Below the base of the weathered granite occurs relatively fresh, hornblende-bearing granodiorite with localised variability in the amount of potassium feldspar such that in places, the composition trends towards more tonalitic compositions. In some instances, hybrid mafic enclaves are present within the granite. The contact between the granite and the target vein (e.g. Figure 4) is characterised by as a series of parallel veins and cm-scale intervening sheets of altered and weathered host-rock granite. The quartz is mostly massive, white milky quartz, similar to the vein observed at the surface. The drilling aimed to intercept the vein at high angles, particularly in MWDDH_001 where the intercept between the lower contact is almost perpendicular to the drill core. Accordingly, the over all intercept width of the vein in MWDDH_001 of 3.8m is close the true width of the vein at that depth. Drill holes MWDDH_002A and 003A were drilled at lower intercept angles to the target quartz vein, therefore their intercept width does not exactly match the true in-situ vein thickness. Native Mineral Resources Holdings Limited Provides Music Well Update Native Mineral Resources Holdings Limited announced that NMR can confirm that the target vein continues to yield high-grade gold results measuring up to 129 g/t Au to the maximum sample depth of approximately 1 m below surface. Further, positive assay results, multiple hand specimens contain visible gold confirming the style of mineralisation as narrow-vein nuggety gold. NMR continues to evaluate the potential depth extent of the vein as it is currently open in all directions. Importantly, these high-grade results continue to validate NMR's belief that Music Well has the potential for a granite/intrusion-hosted, structurally controlled (IHSC) gold mineralised system. As a result of these positive assays, NMR has expedited the start date for the EIS co-funded diamond drilling program to late July 2021. The Music Well Project is located approximately 55 kilometers north of the town of Leonora in the eastern Goldfields. NMR acquired the two tenements (E37/1362 and E37/1363) in November 2020 and has been exploring the potential for granite/intrusion-hosted, structurally controlled (IHSC) gold mineralisation. The results presented here were obtained during a second follow-up field campaign aimed at exploring the potential for gold mineralisation to continue within the quartz vein at depth. Much of the tenement and target structure lies under shallow cover of soil but sufficient outcrop exists to quickly define areas of interest for further investigation. The principal target vein is mostly outcropping along a strike length of approximately 250m and dips below cover to the north-east and south-western ends. The full lateral and depth extent of the vein is unknown. The vein is mostly planar but exhibits sub-meter to meter offsets to the right along its length and therefore forms segments that were exposed and sub-sampled during the recent sampling campaign. The results reported here are gold assay results on samples collected from crushed vein derived after digging along the mineralised zone (which may include multiple veins) to depths of up to 1 m. Unlike previous field campaigns at Music Well, which were limited to surface samples, the results presented here are from principally fresh quartz vein from depth with some samples showing sulfide oxidation around the fractured quartz. Along-strike, shallow trenching along the vein revealed several key features: The target vein is variable in thickness along strike exhibiting a "pinch-and-swell" form. In some sections the vein reached up to, or over a meter thick (swell) but in others the vein either disappeared (pinch) or formed multiple thin parallel veins separated by remnant granite sheets centimeters to tens of centimeters wide. The vein(s) has/have a consistent dip of approximately 50 degrees to the north-west. In places the zone is characterized by more than one vein and the target is interpreted to be made up of multiple parallel to sub-parallel veins rather than one single quartz vein. As expected in narrow-vein high-grade nuggety vein systems, the gold appears to be variably distributed with "pods" of high (>5g/t) and pods of low (<5g/t) grade gold. Excavation of the vein took place in several sections which allowed NMR to expose the vein at depth and to provide sample access to approximately 10 tonnes of quartz vein material. The results reported here are assays returned from grab samples along the excavated and coarse crushed material. The large (~400mm) excavated pieces of vein quartz were put through a portable diesel jaw crusher on-site to produce stockpiles of coarse material ranging from 60mm to 120mm in size. The stockpiles were located adjacent to the location from where they were extracted in order to retain an approximate position of resulting assays. The samples reported on here were collected from the stockpiles of crushed quartz. In order to obtain representative sample grades for this deposit style, each sample is a composite collection of two or more smaller fragments combined into approximately 400 gram composites. The added advantage of compositing samples is to provide a better distribution of material from any given section of vein. The method is used is similar to Run-of-Mine (ROM) sampling at an active mine site, albeit at a much smaller scale. The method used here allows a direct comparison between grade variability and position along and within the target vein. Samples presented here were assayed for gold only. Results ranged from 129g/t Au to <0.01 g/t Au (below detection). Only one sample (NMRMWRC100) exhibited gold grades below the limit of detection. Native Mineral Resources Holdings Limited Announces Field Campaign to Commence at Music Well Gold Project, Eastern Goldfields Native Mineral Resources Holdings Limited announced that a targeted field campaign over the Music Well Gold Project (Music Well) will commence in early March 2021. This program has been delayed slightly due to border closures and restrictions related to COVID-19. The Music Well project is located approximately 50km north of Leonora in Western Australia's Eastern Goldfields. The project is made up of two tenements, these being E37/1362 and E37/1363. The proposed field work will be carried out in March 2021 and will be initially focused on the eastern of two tenements (E37/1362). A significant amount of pre-field research on the geology and mineral potential of the two tenements has already been completed. This research has highlighted E37/1362 as the highest potential for rapid identification of surface or near-surface gold mineralisation. The company’s geologists have developed a detailed geological synthesis and accompanying hypothesis that will be tested in the field. A zone of low magnetic material (indicative of surrounding greenstones) lies along the contact zone between two geophysically distinct granite/intrusive types. A significant portion of the target area lies under cover rocks therefore the composition of the rocks making up this magnetic low remain undefined. It is proposed that the magnetic low is due to either; a remnant sheet of greenstone between the two granites; a zone dominated by quartz veins, some of which are mineralised or finally; or a belt of greenstone a thin cover of granite. The company’s geologists will be carrying out field mapping of exposed structures. Particular emphasis will be placed on detailed structural mapping of both mineralised and non-mineralised veins. Time will also be dedicated to finding outcrops of basements rocks to better characterise the correct geology of the region which currently does not match the geophysical datasets available. Field work will also involve rock chip sampling of quartz veins, bulk samples for crushing and separation of coarse gold and gridded rock chip sampling in an area of approximately 50m x 50m over target quartz veins and host rock. The company interprets the Music Well Project as almost identical to the style of mineralisation found at the intrusion-hosted Wonder and Celtic orogenic gold deposits located less than 20 kilometers to the west of Music Well target area (JORC 0.66 Moz Au Bundarra project now owned by Saracen). Many of the structures that host mineralisation and aforementioned gold deposits to the west continue onto the Music Well tenement, therefore, the strategy is to quickly identify the main gold-bearing structures in the area and define the surface extent in the greatest detail possible. Native Mineral Resources Holdings Limited Announces Drilling Confirms Mineralised System At Leane's Copper Prospect in North QLD Native Mineral Resources Holdings Limited announced that it has completed its first drilling program at the Leane's Copper Prospect in North Queensland. A total of nine drillholes (7 RC and two diamond) were completed for a 961m.
RC drilling has successfully demonstrated that the proposed exploration and mineralisation model implemented at Leane's is valid, confirming the geological interpretation and the presence of the skarn/hydrothermal breccia at
the contact of sediments and limestone in the Chillagoe Formation. Initial follow-up diamond drilling has also confirmed the potential for deeper porphyry-related copper-gold mineralisation. Leane's Copper Prospect is in the central area of the Palmerville Project, located 200km west-northwest of Cairns in North Queensland. It was discovered in 2007 by Lodestone Exploration Limited and tested by a shallow 8 drillhole RC program in 2010. The best intervals in that program intersected 28m @ 0.55% Cu in drillhole LRC004, 4m @ 0.55% Cu in drillhole LRC003, and 11m @ 0.32% Cu in drillhole LRC002. All drilling intersected the breccia zone in the weathered horizon. No further exploration has been undertaken at Leane's since 2010. NMR considers that Leane's is analogous to the Red Dome and Mungana deposits some 100km to the south, where gold and base metal-bearing intrusive magmatic porphyry bodies were partially overprinted and modified by late-stage breccias formed by degassing and explosive release of over-pressured fluid. Red Dome and Mungana are examples of porphyry gold and base metal systems in which the economic mineral content is either disseminated or hosted in vein networks within the intrusive body itself or as a surrounding halo in the host rocks. Nine drillholes totaling 961m of RC and diamond drilling were completed at Leane's Prospect to 11 December, prior to the onset of heavy rain. Five shallow RC drillholes were completed to test for near-surface skarn-style breccia mineralisation below a strong linear copper-dominant soil anomaly. All holes intersected a ferruginous breccia horizon as expected associated with the contact between metasediments and limestone. Logging has confirmed the validity of the proposed exploration model, with most holes containing intervals of elevated copper (greater than 0.1% Cu), as measured using a portable XRF instrument on the RC chips. Following the onset of the wet season last week, NMR has stopped drilling and the Company will now use this time to finalise a targeted follow up drilling program at Leane's which will commence in First Quarter 2021 following cessation of the wet season. Planning is also well advanced to commence initial exploration work across the Company's highly prospective Eastern Goldfields tenements in Western Australia, with exploration expected to commence early in the New Year. Native Mineral Resources Holdings Limited Receives Excellent Initial Results from Its Phase 1 Reverse Circulation and Diamond Drilling Program Currently Underway at the Leane's Copper Prospect in North Queensland Native Mineral Resources Holdings Limited announced that it has received excellent initial results from its phase 1 reverse circulation and diamond drilling program currently underway at the Leane's Copper Prospect in North Queensland. The Leane's Copper Prospect is in the central area of the Palmerville Project, located 200km west-northwest of Cairns in North Queensland. It was originally discovered in 2007 by Lodestone Exploration Limited ("Lodestone") when outcrops containing malachite veining were mapped at surface. Subsequent exploration, including detailed soil geochemistry identified strongly anomalous copper over a 1,200m extent along a north-northwest trending brecciated contact between limestone to the west and siliciclastic sediments, and locally basalt to the east. In 2010, Lodestone completed a shallow 8 drillhole RC program to test the copper soil anomalies over a 500 m strike length, plus two drillholes further south to test gold anomalies. The best intervals in that program intersected 28m @ 0.55% Cu in drillhole LRC004, 4m @ 0.55% Cu in drillhole LRC003, and 11m @ 0.32% Cu in drillhole LRC002. All drilling intersected the breccia zone in the weathered horizon. No further exploration has been undertaken at Leane's since 2010. A 2,000m RC/diamond drilling program will follow up and extend the shallow drilling completed at the Prospect in 2010. This program will infill gaps in the previous program and test the shallow skarn/breccia copper zone (Phase 1) as well as target the interpreted deeper porphyry-related copper-gold mineralisation (Phase 2). Drilling at the Leane's Prospect commenced in mid-November. Five shallow drillholes have been completed to date, with every hole intersecting near-surface skarn-style breccia with elevated copper, as measured using a portable XRF instrument. The first drillhole (LRC015) to test for deeper intrusive-related mineralisation has intersected porphyry veins at 90m depth and will be extended by diamond coring to provide detailed geological information at depth. Appendix 1 tabulates the drilling completed to date. Drilling has successfully demonstrated that the proposed exploration and mineralisation model for Leane's is valid, confirming the geological interpretation and the presence of the skarn/hydrothermal breccia at the contact of sediments and limestone in the Chillagoe Formation.
