It holds 100% interests in the Triumph gold project covering an area of 135 square kilometers situated in Northern New England Orogen, southeast Queensland; Eidsvold gold project that covers 250 square kilometers located within the northern New England Orogen of Eastern Australia; and 8 Mile project situated in south-east Queensland. The company was incorporated in 2007 and is based in Sydney, Australia.
