CIAK Grupa d.d., together with its subsidiaries, wholesale and retail of automotive parts. The company operates through Auto Program – Vehicles; Truck Program; Batteries, Oils and Similar; Wholesale; and Ecology segments. The Auto Program – Vehicles segment operates as a retail channel for sales of auto parts in the Independent Aftermarket (IAM) for the repair and maintenance of vehicles. This segment primarily offers brakes, filters, wipers, shock absorbers, lights, suspension parts, batteries, tires, oils, antifreeze, accessories, etc. The Truck Program segment operates as a wholesaler of truck parts in the IAM. The Batteries, Oils and Similar segment is involved in the wholesale of batteries, industrial batteries, oils, lubricants, and other automotive equipment, such as brooms, additives, etc. through various sales channels comprising wholesale in the IAM, wholesale to products end users, wholesale to gas stations, and retail. The Wholesale segment related to wholesale to large retail chains, which include sales of car supplies; textiles, such as bedding, towels, blankets, etc.; and garden programs covering mowers, trimmers, flaxers, and saws to retail chains. The Ecology segment engages in the recycling of accumulators and industrial batteries; and provision of waste management services consisting of the collection, treatment, and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste, as well as remediation of contaminated sites, maintenance of industrial plants, consulting services related to hazardous waste, etc. It operates in Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Kosovo.
