Xtrackers II - Eurozone Government Bond Short Daily Swap UCITS ETF is an exchange traded fund launched by Deutsche Asset Management S.A. The fund is managed by State Street Global Advisors Limited. It invests in the fixed income markets of the Euro zone. The fund takes short positions and uses derivatives such as swaps to invest in Euro denominated, fixed-rate sovereign debt with a minimum maturity of one year. It invests in the investment grade securities that are rated as BBB- and above by S&P and Fitch and Baa3 and above by Moody’s. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the Short iBoxx € Sovereigns Eurozone Total Return Index, by employing synthetic replication methodology. The index seeks to track the inverse of the daily performance of the IBOXX € Sovereigns Eurozone Total Return Index.
