The Management of Investment Funds and Management of Portfolios of Brokerage Financial Instruments segment is involved in the creation and management of investment funds; and management of portfolios of brokerage financial instruments. The Consulting Services segment engages in the business and management consulting, information technology facilities management, information technology consulting, and software-related activities. The company also offers investment banking services, which include preparation and execution of capital market transactions, public issues of securities, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, management buyouts, and advisory services for raising private market financing, as well as organizing buyback transactions for shares listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange through public tender offers and buy-back programs. In addition, it provides portfolio management services; securities trading advisory services; and intermediation services. Further, the company is involved in the creation and management of closed-end and open-end investment funds; and wholesale of computers, peripherals, and software.
