First Helium Inc. announced that it expects to receive CAD 2 million in funding First Helium Inc has announced a non-brokered private placement financing of 40,000,000 Units of the Company at a price of CAD 0.05 per Unit, for aggregate gross proceeds of CAD 2,000,000 on April 28, 2026. Each Unit will be comprised of one common share in the capital of the Company and
one transferrable common share purchase warrant. Each Warrant will be exercisable to acquire one Share at a price between CAD 0.10 to CAD 0.15 cents per Share, depending on the date of exercise, for a period of 36 months from the date of issuance, subject to an acceleration clause. The company may pay finder's fees on a portion of the offering, subject to compliance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange and applicable securities legislation. The closing of the Private Placement Offering is subject to the receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals, including the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
