Mr. Barratt was trained as an investor in the Principal Strategies group at Morgan Stanley &Co in New York. After a successful period at Morgan Stanley, Mr. Barratt returned home to Toronto, to lead the Relationship Investing group for Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan.
