Eskay Mining Corp. announced that it expects to receive CAD 3.5 million in funding Eskay Mining Corp. announced a non-brokered private placement to issue 7,291,666 flow-through shares (the “FT Shares”) at an issue price of CAD 0.48 for gross proceeds of CAD 3,499,999.68 on June 8, 2026. The Offering is scheduled to close on or before June 19, 2026 and is subject to certain conditions including, but not limited to, the receipt of all necessary approvals including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
