Algo Grande Copper Corp. announced that it has received CAD 4.786498 million in funding

On September 1, 2026, Algo Grande Copper Corp closed the transaction. The company announced that it has issued 7,977,497 Shares at an issue price of CAD 0.60 for aggregate gross proceeds of CAD 4,786,498.2. In connection with the closing of the Offering, the Company paid certain eligible finders (each, a “Finder”) aggregate cash commissions of CAD 104,020 and issued an aggregate of 238,950 common share purchase warrants (each, a “Finder Warrant”). Each Finder Warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire a Share (each, a “Finder’s Warrant Share”) at an exercise price of CAD 0.60 per Finder’s Warrant Share until the date that is two years after issuance. Securities issued in the Offering are subject to a four-month hold period in accordance with applicable securities laws, which will expire four months and one day from the date of closing of the Offering. Certain insiders of the Company (the “Insiders”) subscribed for an aggregate of 123,333 Shares for aggregate gross proceeds of CAD 73,998 in the Offering. The transaction also included participation from Enrico Gay for 41,667 Shares, Hunter Scharfe for 41,666 Shares, Raymond Jannas for 40,000 Shares. Prior to the completion of the Offering, Enrico Gay held 1,768,666 Shares, after completion of the Offering, the number of Shares beneficially owned or controlled by Enrico Gay is 1,810,333 Shares or approximately 3.59% of the outstanding common shares of the Company. Prior to the completion of the Offering, Hunter Scharfe held 2,048,874 Shares, after completion of the Offering, the number of Shares beneficially owned or controlled by Hunter Scharfe is 2,090,540 Shares or approximately 4.15% of the outstanding common shares of the Company. Prior to the completion of the Offering, Raymond Jannas held nil Shares, after completion of the Offering, the number of Shares beneficially owned or controlled by Raymond Jannas is 40,000 Shares or approximately 0.08% of the outstanding common shares of the Company.
