eREX Co.,Ltd. Provides Consolidated Earnings Guidance for the Fiscal Year Ending March 31, 2027 eREX Co.,Ltd. provided consolidated earnings guidance for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027. For the year, the company expects net sales to be JPY 240,693 million, operating income to be JPY 7,807 million, net income attributable to the owners of the Parent Company to be JPY 5,409 million and EPS (Basic) to be JPY 69.32 per share. the Company announced its consolidated earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027, which had previously been undetermined in the Consolidated Financial Results for the Fiscal Year Ended March 31, 2026 (IFRS) released on May 12, 2026. Also, the same revision has also been reflected in the "Notice Regarding Revision to the Mid-Term Business Plan" released on May 12, 2026. Reasons for the Revision: The Company had deferred the disclosure of its earnings forecast due to significant fluctuations in fuel and electricity prices arising from geopolitical risks in the Middle East, as well as uncertainty regarding future electricity demand stems from concerns over the negative impact on the real economy in the Consolidated Financial Results for the Fiscal Year Ended March 31, 2026 (IFRS) released on May 12, 2026. Since then, the Company has closely monitored developments in the market environment. As it has now become possible to establish certain assumptions regarding electricity prices and demand, the Company has decided to disclose its consolidated earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027. Net sales are expected to increase year on year, driven mainly by higher electricity prices. However, operating income is expected to decrease from the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year, primarily due to timing differences caused by fluctuations in electricity market prices. Profit before income tax is projected to increase due to changes in foreign exchange gains and losses. Quarterly Net Income Attributable to the Owners of the Parent Company is also expected to rise year on year, mainly due to a reduction in income tax expenses. Announcement • Jun 26
eREX Co.,Ltd. to Report Q1, 2027 Results on Aug 10, 2026 eREX Co.,Ltd. announced that they will report Q1, 2027 results on Aug 10, 2026 New Risk • May 13
New major risk - Share price stability The company's share price has been highly volatile over the past 3 months. It is more volatile than 90% of Japanese stocks, typically moving 10% a week. This is considered a major risk. Share price volatility increases the risk of potential losses in the short-term as the stock tends to have larger drops in price more frequently than other stocks. It may also indicate the stock is highly sensitive to market conditions or economic conditions rather than being sensitive to its own business performance, which may also be inconsistent. This is currently the only risk that has been identified for the company.
