Marche Corporation announced that it expects to receive ¥996 million in funding from TENPOS HOLDINGS Co.,Ltd. Marche Corporation announced private placement to issue 6,000,000 new common shares at ¥166 per share for gross proceeds of ¥996,000,000 on May 18, 2026. The transaction includes participation from Tenpos Holdings Co., Ltd. as a returning investor.and it currently holds 2,106,300 shares at 21.02% stake and post issuance it will hold 8,106,300 shares, 50.59% stake, is expected to become the controlling shareholder of Marche Corporation. The transaction is approved by board of directors of the company and is subject to approval of shareholders in its Shareholders' Meeting to be held on June 27, 2026. The transaction is expected to close on June 29, 2026.
