Its cargo harbours segment comprises rendering of port services; and vessel dues for cargo vessels, cargo charges paid by cargo operators. The ferry segment offers ferry service by subsidiary; and ticket sales. Its other segment offers tenants commercial services to passengers on board the ferries. The company also owns, manages, and develops quays, port basins and the surrounding areas, leases land to cargo operators; and organises vessel traffic in port basins, and ensures safe navigation in the port waters; as well as owns passenger terminals; other facilities passenger services; and offers waste management solutions. In addition, the company offers real estate development; Industrial and Logistics Parks; and land and commercial space for rent. The company was incorporated in 1996 and is headquartered in Tallinn, the Republic of Estonia.
