Stark Power Ltd announced that it expects to receive ILS 64.999998 million in funding from More Investment House Ltd., Harel Insurance Company Ltd. Stark Power Ltd has announced to issue of 6,190,476 shares at a price of ILS 10.50 per share for gross proceeds of ILS 64,999,998 on July 15, 2026. Long-term options at ILS 13 per share over a three-year term representing potential additional proceeds of ILS 80,000,000. The transaction includes institutional investors, including More Investment House, Harel Insurance and several others, all of which participated in the Company's inaugural raise. Migdal anchored the round with a commitment of approximately ILS 40,000,000 becoming a significant shareholder in the Company.
