Its Modern Services Business and Others segment engages in the leasing and sale of properties, loan financing, maintenance and repair of home appliances, macro-logistics services, construction development, financial leasing, and property operation for industrial parks. It also engages in the sale and distribution of reception facilities for digital televisions; trading of photovoltaic products; development and holding of properties; and advertising services through online platforms. The company was formerly known as Skyworth Digital Holdings Limited and changed its name to Skyworth Group Limited in June 2019.
