In addition, the company engages in the forestry, fishing, and mining businesses; sale of beans, rice, chickpeas, and lentils under the San José brand; distribution of general mills’ products and processed avocado pears; investment in electromobility and start-ups involving energy, mobility, convenience, and other projects; and electricity generation and distribution from renewable energies. It exports its products to Asia and America. The company was incorporated in 1934 and is based in Santiago, Chile. Empresas Copec S.A. is a subsidiary of AntarChile S.A.
