Aux Electric Co., Ltd. Announces Board and Committee Changes, Effective June 5, 2026

Aux Electric Co., Ltd. announced that at the annual general meeting held on June 5, 2026 approved to elect Ms. Tang Mei Shan as an independent non- executive Director. Mr. TAO Shengwen has retired as an independent non-executive Director upon conclusion of the AGM and did not offer himself for re-election at the AGM. Upon the retirement of Mr. TAO, he also ceased to be members of the nomination committee and remuneration committee of the Company with effect from June 5, 2026. Mr. TAO has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter in relation to his retirement that needs to be brought to the attention of the Stock Exchange or the Shareholders. Ms. TANG has been appointed as an independent non-executive Director of the Company with effect from June 5, 2026. The Board is further pleased to announce that Ms. TANG, an independent non-executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as members of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee with effect from June 5, 2026.
