In addition, the company provides personnel management for hotels, service apartments, and other properties; hotel business management and services; and consulting services. The company was formerly known as Siam Syntech Construction Public Company Limited and changed its name to Syntec Construction Public Company Limited in April 2004. Syntec Construction Public Company Limited was incorporated in 1988 and is based in Bangkok, Thailand.
